모텔 6 이스트 리지 TN(Motel 6 East Ridge, TN)

Absolutely terrible condition. Was good 4 yrs ago and we stayed there several times. Since the new people took over they have run it down to trash place. The room was not cleaned. Was used stained sheets on bed and could not walk on floor in bare feet it was so filthy. The toilet was loose on the floor and rocked. The hot water knob in shower fell off and had to turn with pliers. The room fridge buzzed loudly all night long. There were cigarette burns all over and it was not a no-smoking room. Went for coffee in morning at office and pot was empty. We will never stay there again.

Property convenient to restaurants and to the Interstate. Staff friendly and helpful. Property very run down (undergoing major renovations). Room not cleaned to our standards. Bathroom definitely substandard and toilet far too low for elderly clients.

My go to place when i am in chattanooga. Affordable and quiet. They are starting to renovate the whole hotel..new beds, furniture, paint, and new bedding. I cant wait to see what it looks like and ill upload a pic when i see it!

This motel is extremely filthy. Cockroaches pop up from anywhere. From the sink from under the bed from the washroom. The floor is filthy. The pillows are extremely filthy.You will see yellow spots on the pillows if you remove the pillow case.The bed sheets also filthy the walls have mold! This motel should be called “motel negative 6!”

Only thing tha could be better is having a microwave. Other than that, nice place to rest.

Quiet motel close to the interstates. People leave you alone here and dont bother you. Comfortable beds.

Horrible service India accent English and no a little bit patient,bad attitude against my stranger who less experienced in the US culture , the key cannot work at all, the bathroom door was broken,chase me twice for asking tips and hate me for my paid him several dollars tip, funny enough stay in the place,

Utterly disappointed and will never do motel 6 here again. Me and my Husband have had MANY complications. Our TV didn't work we told them and they had someone come the next day and still didn't work. Then they said they'll get a new TV in the next day and didn't happen. We've had to use our phones and the network wouldn't work and we'd ask multiple time and just given a paper with numbers on it. Another problem We've had is the breakfast. They say there's breakfast but there isn't. Then they say only coffee and when we went for coffee they said no coffee. Also our room had to be cleaned and we were getting everything together so me, my husband and our son could go on a walk and told them when we'll be back so they can clean the room and they had already left and said tomorrow they'll come and that she was saying something about our deposit. Like hell I better get my money back because there's nothing in here worth breaking nor taking. I will get my money back and NEVER stay here. The negative reviews are spot on.

Floor was sticky and very dirty. Towels were stained/unclean. Bed was saggy, but ok. Remote did not work the tv. Many repairs needed in room.
