Feine Unterkunft in einem Privathaus. Der Zugangscode für die Haustüre und die Zimmertüre musste telefonisch erfragt werden. Da ich noch keine neuseeländische SIM Karte aktiviert hatte fuhr ich in eine Kaffeehaus dass am Sonntag offen hatte und ersuchte den Angestellten mit seinem Telefon unter der angegebenen Telefonnummer anzurufen.

Welcome was good. The reception staff were friendly and accommodated our request for a river facing room. Overall the service was just okay for it's price. For its price, I feel that parking should be included. A limited parking that can be reserved at $36 was offered when I called in a day before as well as a free parking further down the hotel that is not guaranteed. We availed of the additional $36, this includes a valet service. The hotel room design was as expected of Novotel hotels, but it was not up to it's best standard. The remote control and kettle in our room was dusty. Amenities needed to be requested, I did this in advance during booking. But there were no slippers in the room upon arrival except for the 4 towels requested. Breakfast buffet was just the usual fare.

Hotel is good budget hotel. Parking is expensive and not convenient. Valet only. At check out both receptionist talked on the phone for ten minutes while many guests were waiting for check out

깨끗하고 방 내부가 너무 오래되지 않았습니다. 앉을 때도 매우 시끄러운 침대 오전 7시에 두 개의 계속되는 경적/알람으로 깨어났습니다. 하나는 다른 것보다 더 시끄럽고 더 큰 것은 멈췄지만 더 조용한 것은 계속되었습니다. 홀 끝이나 우리 아래에서 일어나는 두드리는 소리는 정말 시끄럽고 매번 같은 양의 두드리는 소리일 것입니다! 주차는 호텔 뒤에서 매우 제한적입니다. 무료 주차를 들었기 때문에 매우 실망했습니다. 그래서 예약했습니다. 그런 다음 공간이없고 밤새 거리 주차 비용을 지불해야했습니다.

권장하지 않습니다. 매우 일반적입니다. 위치는 해밀턴의 중심으로 간주 될 수 있지만 여전히 강에서 거리가 있으며 1 층에 살면 강 전망을 볼 수 없습니다. 방은 거리를 향하고 있었고 한밤중에 잠을 잘 수 없었습니다. 다른 방은 안뜰에 기대어 어둡습니다. 화장실의 물이 여전히 고장 났고 화장실 소리를 들었습니다. 무음은 저녁 10시에 프론트 데스크에서 일하는 것입니다. 화장실을 수리 할 사람을 찾고 싶습니다.

호텔은 편리한 교통과 편리한 주차가 있습니다. 방은 충분히 넓고 공기와 전기 담요로 매우 사려 깊습니다. 방에 더블침대와 싱글침대가 있고 아이가 있어도 문제 없습니다. 방 배치가 합리적이고 주방 스토브와 냉장고, 식탁과 의자가 있으며 욕실은 건조와 습기를 분리하는 데 매우 편리하며 친구가 머물기를 추천합니다.

The room was really clean and spotless. The beds were so comfy to sleep in, and the bathroom was so clean, and the shower pressure was perfect. Customer service was also very professional overall 9.9/10

좋은 점 직원은 매우 친절합니다. 조미료도 놓여 있고 주방은 사용하기 쉬웠다. 공용 공간의 거실은 넓고 편안했습니다 그게 궁금한 점이야 전체적으로 건물이 낡았습니다 Wi-Fi가 연결되지 않았을 때가 있었어 3인실이었는데 침대 간격이 좁고 조금 비좁은 느낌이 들었습니다. 침대에 하얀 집 먼지? 같은 것이 붙어 있었다. 헐렁했지만 점점 쌓여 있었다.
