Cozy + Modern North End Halifax Cottage

My super cozy home was renovated for modern and relaxed comfort. Relax in the booth for dinner or enjoy a coffee overlooking the courtyard garden. The Courtyard is enclosed by a second house and shared with a tenant on the property. The ground floor is a wonderful open space with lots of natural light. The second floor has two bedrooms, each with a Queen bed. The washroom is divided into a bathroom and water closet, terrific for multiple guests trying to get ready in the morning. The space is yours. Please make yourself comfortable. There are a few doors locked in the basement for storage of household materials for the rental. Laundry and any detergent is free for your use.
