Premier Inn Hagley

I booked an accessible room, but when I arrived, we were not allocated one but the receptionist who was lovely put us on the ground floor which was marvellous. My sister has a sleep apnoea machine which we could not use as there were no plugs at the side of the bed, so we had to move the bed to the desk in order for, her to plug it in and use it I cannot fault the receptionist she was lovely but the breakfast words fail me. I have never in my life been into such a dirty restaurant. The floor was completely covered in food and carpet lint the lady who served us was very unprofessional, we couldn’t get to the tea machine because someone was fixing it so while we were waiting, we made some toast and the plates were dirty. The breakfast was not the best I’ve ever had. I couldn’t get past the dirty restaurant besides the fact that a lot of the chairs were filthy, torn and the walls which had Chris**as lights on were covered in cobwebs I would not recommend

One of the worst hotels, bathroom door was covered in black mould, receptionist couldn't give a damn

Hotel fairly clean, reception staff friendly when checking in. W-Fi really slow to the point of being unusable , and phone signal on Vodafone kept dropping to E, almost impossible to get 4G. Bed standard Premier Inn quality. Would stay again if I needed to be in the area. Breakfast was standard Beefeater fare, quick service and area clean.

Brilliant trip hotel staff so friendly room was comfortable and had a great nights sleep breakfast was fabulous great choice and well cooked

Overall inn was clean tidy. WiFi not the best and decoration in the room was dated some peeling paint and hole in bathroom door but this did not reflect on the stay friendly staff and beds were very comfy with extra tea coffee available on demand if needed. Beefeater staff were amazing Haley who served us went out of her way to ensure everything was just right

This place is a little dated and run down but was clean. Our room was noisy so didn’t sleep well although the bed was clean and very comfortable. Staff in the Badgers Set were very friendly and helpful and the food wasn’t too bad.

Clean hotel, rooms were smaller than other premier inns I've stayed in and also not as modern. But beds were comfy and room adequate. The breakfast was good. Although the pub looked shabby and staff friendly. Children loved the gifts they received!

Stayed here for one night while visiting Harvington Hall. Hotel is a bit out of the way, so nice and quiet. Lots of car parking along with the parking for the Beefeater. Check in staff very pleasant. Not a huge hotel but it was fine. Downstairs rooms have a bath, upstairs rooms have a shower. Bathroom was very small though. WiFi was very hit and miss and hardly any mobile phone signal in the rooms. No aircon, so just windows and a good heater. Breakfast was across at the Beefeater pub. Table service for the cooked breakfast but help yourself to cereal and drinks.

Room on ground floor was damp, also made clothes damp in the morning. Children were cold in the night. The Beefeater also needs a full refurb, dirty, ripped chairs, grubby carpet and very poor breakfast service from staff. Food sat waiting on the hot plate for a long time.
