Maia Luxury Beach Hotel & Spa

Ae liked the hotel a lot and would come again. Very good space to relax, very modern and nice suite room and kind personnel. As a possible improvement, I would say the restaurant could be better, often some food trays were empty and the food was not spicy like a usual turkish kitchen. Also we had to call 2-3 times the room service for cleaning since they were late but than they did it immediately and well. All in all thanks a lot and may be see you soon!

Our stay at Maia was part 2 of our 3 part tour of Turkey. Our flight schedule to Izmir changed dramatically and we were not due to arrive to this hotel until close to 2:30 am. Our Turkey travel agent let them know we would have a super late arrival and a very helpful person was waiting for us when we arrived. Since it is not quite tourist season yet, the hotel had very few guests and this fact coupled with a more isolated area was startling at first. However, the staff was super accommodating and Ibrahim took great care of us at breakfast and the staff efficiently arranged for a taxi that arrived within 1-2 minutes to take us to the Kusadasi boardwalk. Our priority was a spacious and quiet room with a king size bed and Maia fit the bill. The room seemed quite new and was super clean so we were super comfortable. Even though we felt far away from the active center of Kusadasi, taxis were very easy to get and not very expensive by U.S. standards.....about $10-$15 max for a 15 -20 min trip to get to the boardwalk and it was very easy to go to a taxi stand for the return to the hotel. As with our entire experience in Turkey, the nice people/staff really made for a wonderful experience.

The hotel is new and beautiful. The scenery from the balcony is gorgeous, as the mountains nearby are lush and the ocean is tranquil. Food is fresh and offers a great variety. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It’s really a good value for money. What I enjoy greatly exceeds the price that I paid.

Sahil alanı biraz dar ancak otelin kapasitesi gereği hiç kalabalığa maruz kalmıyorsunuz. Açık büfe yemekleri de oldukça lezzetli. Sakin bir bölge ve otel sahipleri de oldukça sıcaklar. Great location, friendly staff, clean and tidy. Food was amazing. Proximity: close to everything! Walking distance to Zeus Cave where we had a great swim too. Location is directly on the Aegean Sea shore. We even met the owner, friendly and humble man.

After a long tough period with all the covid difficulties / lockdowns, it was wonderful to relax here and eat and enjoy again. You will be very well received by the friendly and helpful staff. It is a new hotel and yes there are a few small improvements, but if you ask or indicate something, the staff and the owner respond very friendly and helpful. He recommended us very good places like: Doganbey and Miletos and good fish restaurants along the south coast I read a lot of comments about covit measures below, but this is not so bad and we still have trouble with it and sometimes forget to keep a distance or our mouth cap. Are you tired of the peace and quiet and do you want to look for more activity and party than the city center of kusadasi is half an hour away The rooms, reception, restaurant, pool, beach and the sea are super clean and very well maintained. In the sea you do have some stones, it is not a sandy beach, but because of this it is also clear and very clean. In short, we stayed 6 nights and enjoyed it very much!

It’s a new, modern, great hotel. Situated right on the beach, with all the rooms having sea view. I’ll recommend the suites at 3rd and 4th levels with huge terrace and jacuzzi, absolutely worth it! Very helpful and friendly stuff, also the owners. I highly recommend the food, courtesy of a wonderful chef.
