퀄리티 인 구르가온(Quality Inn Gurgaon)

It was four days business trip, and due to some glitch my company failed to confirm the reservation. And Mr Ajeet assisted me through the checkin and made it ease. The best part which made me to leave heavy heart is the attitude of Mr Bheem, who is very kind down to earth, a gentle***. I checked out by mistake and rooms where overbooked. And because of his kind nature he did all the effort to accomodate me in the property. And since the weather is extremely cold around 15degrees, I was also offered a cappuchino. I am really overwhelmed by this gentle gesture of the ***ager Mr Bheem.

The hotel is very clean & the behaviour of staffs are very good. Very decent hotel to stay. Food was really good Very helpful special thanks to ip****a and her team for make stay wonderful..

Booked this hotel as our usual place had closed down over covid. This is a small scale hotel but has all the comforts you would require; basing it on our needs which was a clean bed and breakfast hotel with a good restaurant/kitchen to cater for our evening meals as we would be out during the day. We stayed here for nearly 3 weeks intermittently. The staff are very polite and obliging. We upgraded our room without any hassle as we wanted more space for the triple bed. The food is great and found the breakfast spread to be good too. Whatever the hotel may lack in one’s expectation they will definitely make up in their hospitality. I would definitely make this hotel my base if the opportunity arose again.

We celebrated our daughter's birthday party with a gathering of about 100. They don't honor their commitments. They handed over the hall 45 mins late. The food was substandard, totally opposite of what they serve you while closing the deal. Air conditioning was problematic in one of the siting halls and they didn't have any alternate arrangements not even pedestal fans. Undeserving of "4 star" tag. The cake that they arranged, even though at higher than market rates, was tasteless and mis***aged, couldn't even provide numeric candle with it. Waiting staff was lazy. The decorator that they recommended, some Ms. Vedika, did a job worth not even Rs 5k against an agreed budget of Rs 18k. All our guests were unsatisfied and gave worse feedback. Totally ruined our evening. One can only imagine what image of the country this sort of unprofessional service projects in minds of the foreign guests.

Stayed in this hotel in the beginning of this month, I wasn't happy with my stay in there. Front office stuff was rude. Its gives a feeling that they don't care if you stay there or not. I never experienced such rude behaviour from any other star rated hotel. They called themselves as a 4 star hotel but from my experience I would say its not... Only the F & B stuff were a little polite but not the front desk..

Deux nuits fin avril 2023. Hôtel très classique donc chambre très classique avec petit déjeuner très classique. Personnels souriants. Propre et pas trop bruyant. Climatisation et wifi fonctionnels. Bref très correct et recom***dable.
