Eylül ayında güzel bir deneyim için resimlere ve jolly tur denilen firmanın referansı üzerine tercih ettiğimiz ve kafamızda soru işareti olan bir oteldi.karşılama sıfır jolly den yetkili kimse yoktu oda berbattı camlar çarşaflar tuvalet aynalar berbattı perdeler kirli odalar resimlerdekinin alakası yok diğer golden age denilen otelin fotoğraflarını bu otel içinde kullanmışlar.odanın bakımsız kirli ve temizlenmemiş olması dolayısıyla başka bir otele transferimizi istememiz üzerine hiç bir yetkili ile karşılaşamadık jolly nin etkisiz elemanları ve resepsiyonist arkadaşların yetersizliği sebebi ile otelde malesef 4 saat zorda olsa bekledik.bekledigimiz süre içerisinde bizden 2900 tl o günün giriş parası istenildi ve zorda olsa kavga gürültü müdürlerinin yardımı sonrası para iademizi alabildik.sonuç olarak bizlere uygun değildi kimsenin hakkına girmek istemeyiz ama gerçekten fotoğraflardakinin çok altında bir otel tercih sizlerin...

animations are fun here. Mıchael and Hilal are very friendly. it wouldn’t be the same here without them. they sing here, play games and a very cool and fun game is darts and sisha is very good. the massages are very comfortable, I would definitely go here again

This palce is dirty, the rooms are not cleaned properly, we had to sleep on dirty sheets the first night, door to our room didn't shut properly let along lock, the safe didnt worth either and was not fixed, filthy floor, filthy bathroom. Around the pool they don't clear up the cigarette butts and spilt drinks from the night before. There is no entertainment in the evening and no water sports. There is very limited selection of local drinks other than wine, beer and vodka. when we arrived there were only 3 beds when there should have been 4, my daughter had to sleep on a camping bed. The wifi doesnt work in the bedrooms which isnt good when you have children. Out of 2 families a total of 9, 7 of us became very ill. the hotel needs a complete overhaul. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. On the beach should not have this hotel on there books, its the worst hotel i have ever stayed in and i have travelled alot.

Amazing weather and spot, Gumusluk village/town was stunning and very different. Our hotel was very tired and is in need of some serious updating and regular maintenance. Some of the furniture and rooms were very dated. The cleaners seemed to sit around a lot and we had to request clean towels and for our room to be cleaned. The food was alright and the a good range of different options and plenty of it. Good value Music at the main pool was too loud at times and could not hold a conversation. However great option having the other pool and quiet area. The private beach and all inclusive offer at the beach was very good. A real lack of entertainment in the evenings.

Lovely hotel and great views but VERY different to how it is described on their website. Food is repetitive, bland and not much variety. Very isolated and very out of the way from any restaurants/bars/shops/entertainment. About a 30 min drive from gumbet and around 230lira each way which is a more lively area with a lot more around. To say the beach was a disappoin**ent is an understatement…nothing but grass, a wooden plank and stones. No sand whatsoever. Very isolated and nothing around. Staff had very little/no understanding of English, other than the manager who helped the best he could. Wasn’t a terrible holiday but definitely not somewhere I’d stay again.

I booked a family suite which include 2 bedrooms( one with a double bed plus a single bed and the other bedroom with a twin bed) in that hotel for 9 days. I contacted the hotel and asked the to set up the twin beds as a double bed as my partner and I wanted to stay there but when we got to the hotel the twin beds haven’t been set up and still were separated! Our room was at the ground floor and the room balcony faced swimming pool, basically the room was next to crowded swimming pool so I went to reception to ask them to change our room but amazingly I notice the receptionist can’t speak English! She called another colleague who couldn’t speak or understand much English and he promised me to change our room in 24 hours and that never happened. The hotel location is 40min drive to central Bodrum and the main harbour so you definitely need to rent a car otherwise have to pay 280 to 300 Turkish lira anytime want to go to central as there is not much to see in Gumusluk( hotel location). The hotel layout and buildings are nice but unfortunately the hotel is not well maintained. Toilet flush frame in our room was broken as well as the shower head holder, however, I asked them to repair it, but this did not happen. The room service was a disaster and we have to go to the reception anytime we wanted clean towels or toilet paper, sometimes cleaner was coming at 3 or 4 pm to clean the room which I never seen somewhere else before!

If only they focused on the cleaning, the place it's self was good, but the rooms were never cleaned, the floors never mopped the bedding for a full week never changed, and the towels the same, it was very hot last week we needed clean towels had to request them, the ones left on the floor that are your indication that you want new ones were folded and put up again. There was adults there during the day but at night it was all teenagers and young very young adults running the hotel. I had emailed prior to booking enquiries made about vegan options assured there was a full menu that would carter for me there was not. There was less than minimal I had to purchase my own non dairy milk. When I spoke to the chef's and kitchen staff the just shrugged their shoulders no help with it given. The pool area was lovely, even if the music was blaring Just a bit on the too loud side. The setting is lovely, the beach area is lovely regular shuttle bus service on the hour it is a short walk also, but the rooms and lack of cleaning really let's the place down. There are no footpaths so you won't be going for any walks in the location. Local bus service was great very reliable it's 1hr from Bodrum town for 20lira. The gym while it had 4 treadmills only 1 was working when spoke to staff they just shrugged their shoulders said they didn't know.

The hotel room was disgusting. Furthermore, if you are a black person, you should definitely not go to this hotel. Even the people that work at the hotel will be looking at you like an animal in a zoo. Nothing was well organised and barely no one speaks English!

It was all inclusive but snack bar, there's only hamburger and potato chips. And also very old rooms, far from beach.
