Ayaz Aqua Beach Hotel

The hotel is of a very nice standard. The service is nice and friendly. The area is quiet and close to the beach. The animators Tolga and Orkan were very professional and well-defined. They always giving positive energy and with them you got fun and good mood. Julia :)

Hello from Belgium! I stayed in ayaz aqua two weeks and it was lovely! Food was fresh and tasty. My room was next to the swiming pool so nice and calm with great wiev. Clean area with friendly stuff. Thank to my friend Savash from bag’s shop for a great company and best regards to my ukrainian friend Katya ! I wish to come back again. Hello I'm writing from Poland! We stayed in ayaz aqua Beach together witam my wife. We liked sooooo much! Food Was tasty and different kind. Bars are excellent. Terytory soo big and clean so important. Beach area great and cleaning every day. In hotel there is girl Kateryna she is talkative and friendly, she helps and cares about us. Thanks to the hotel for this amazing holidays 100/10 Best wishes to u dear team!!!!

This All Inclusive hotel fully matched our expectations from Check-in to check- out! The Management and staff were very welcoming and attended to all our needs. The extensive buffet was varied and of excellent quality. With 4 different pools and one with slides, the facilities catered for every age group. Our bedroom was spacious and comfortable. It was very clean and was serviced on a daily basis. The hotel is situated on a quiet end of Gumbet beach and yet only a few minutes walk to the shops and night life. We will be back!

One my best experience in Turkey! This hotel has everything you need. I need to thank mr. AHMAD, the best bartender, I ever seen. Ahmed is fun,caring, and well experienced. Also there is this guy KALIL(Animation team) he was also a fun guy. My overall experience was excellent. Thank you guys for making this holiday perfect.

If I could rate it 0 I would have done. Firstly I will apologise for this long rant, but I think people need to actually release what this ‘hotel’ is actually like. When we arrived at the hotel at 2am local time we was rudely met by a man on reception that could hardly understand a word of English. A young boy then approached us suggesting he take us to our room with our luggage. We had booked for 2 adults and 6 children the youngest (6month) stayed back in the uk with my mum (thankfully!) we was taken to our rooms which were separate meaning we had to split our family as there was no other rooms available ‘apparently’ the young boy insisted he take our luggage even tho we was more than capable, he then hung around expecting a tip (which I have recently read he locked himself in the room with you and refused to leave until he got one) which he didn’t get from us as we had our main priority of getting our 3 younger children to bed. -The room. bog standard rooms, the bed felt like was sleeping on breeze blocks! The sheets and covers all stained with hairs on them. The bathroom had an ants next on the sink. The bottom of the shower ended up like a bath as the water didn’t drain away properly. The whole room smelt damp. - on the beach rep Bulent Had us meeting at 10am on our first morning. Arrived by myself but Made me bring all of my family to the ‘meeting’ from the beach even tho my 3 youngest (oldest been 7) wasn’t interested in the least and was wanting to have fun and not just sit around waiting for mum and dad to spend money. He did gives us some useful information and we did book 2 activities with him (Turkish bath and boat trip) He also said if there were any issues etc to call and he will happily help to resolve the issue. Tried calling a few times no answer at all. He told us at the end of the meeting to contact him on what’s app the day before we return home for our time for pick up for our private transfer to the airport, he would reply after 5pm with a time. We were due to fly home Saturday at 12:05am so I sent him a message via what’s app on Friday at 11:26am expecting to receive a reply after 5pm. I’m still waiting for that reply now and we’ve been home in the uk over 24 hours now. Thankfully a kind British lady explained what I needed to do as the exact same had happened to her also! I saw the same lady the night she was leaving waiting in the lobby literally shaking praying her transfer was going to turn up for her. she was an older lady with her husband and it was very distressing to see the state she was in due to the lack of respect and communication for ‘our rep’. - Food. Absolutely disgusting! If you go by the photos on the websites it looks like you’re in for a right treat and will need to be on a diet when you return home. Definitely not the story what’s so ever!! You will be very lucky if you don’t return home a lot of kg lighter then when you arrived. The beautiful fruit pictures you see on the websites, non existe

Just got home today. Sadly this hotel needs a complete overhaul. Arrived about 2 in morning to the shabbiest and dirtiest room ever reminded me of old butlins, although I think butlins was cleaner. Complained to rep took 2 days to move rooms . Cleaners came once and only emptied bins. I had to request toilet rolls and clean towels. Food was OK fresh standard all inclusive food, repetitive. Staff all need a lesson on being in the hospitality business all so very miserable . The only redeeming feature of this hotel was savas who had his perfume and bag shop in the hotel. The perfumes are amazing very long lasting smell, good quality handbags thank god for his cheery face .

I mean where do i start!. We had two room for our family and they were filthy and smelly. sheets all have stains on them on every bed. Every bit of furniture could have done with a deep clean. Stains everywhere! The rooms need updated asap all old dirty furniture. Our sheets were not changed once in 6 days. Rooms barely touched by house keeping. Mouldy shower and tiles and Dont get me started on the food. Very very basic, loads salad choice not much meat options. Same meals all the time CHIPS! Not one staff member could tell me what i was eating when it came to the meat. Flies everywhere cats everywhere (didnt bother us much but bothered others) NO hot chocolate in machines for the kids all run out like everything else (end of season is all staff say) . Slides turned off for the first 4 days of our 6 day hols. (End of season!) no entertainment what so ever just music and didnt even get that most the time. Overall absolute disappoin**ent! And none of the staff are bothered 😕 worst all Inclusive holiday ive ever taken them on resulting in us having to eat out most nights for the week. Even chefs and waiters had a full blown weapon fight in the restaurant on our last night! Location is great and the beach is fab! If it wasnt for the beach our holiday would have been totally ruined and the hotel shop owner SAVAS was lovely selling his oil scented perfums and bags

The worst customer service and food I have ever experienced on any holiday what has happened to turkey and there friendliness all they want is to exploit you and treat you like badly. I cannot believe this is rated 4 stars the staff had a full on machete and knife fight during bingo in front of children and families
