If I could rate it 0 I would have done. Firstly I will apologise for this long rant, but I think people need to actually release what this ‘hotel’ is actually like. When we arrived at the hotel at 2am local time we was rudely met by a man on reception that could hardly understand a word of English. A young boy then approached us suggesting he take us to our room with our luggage. We had booked for 2 adults and 6 children the youngest (6month) stayed back in the uk with my mum (thankfully!) we was taken to our rooms which were separate meaning we had to split our family as there was no other rooms available ‘apparently’ the young boy insisted he take our luggage even tho we was more than capable, he then hung around expecting a tip (which I have recently read he locked himself in the room with you and refused to leave until he got one) which he didn’t get from us as we had our main priority of getting our 3 younger children to bed. -The room. bog standard rooms, the bed felt like was sleeping on breeze blocks! The sheets and covers all stained with hairs on them. The bathroom had an ants next on the sink. The bottom of the shower ended up like a bath as the water didn’t drain away properly. The whole room smelt damp. - on the beach rep Bulent Had us meeting at 10am on our first morning. Arrived by myself but Made me bring all of my family to the ‘meeting’ from the beach even tho my 3 youngest (oldest been 7) wasn’t interested in the least and was wanting to have fun and not just sit around waiting for mum and dad to spend money. He did gives us some useful information and we did book 2 activities with him (Turkish bath and boat trip) He also said if there were any issues etc to call and he will happily help to resolve the issue. Tried calling a few times no answer at all. He told us at the end of the meeting to contact him on what’s app the day before we return home for our time for pick up for our private transfer to the airport, he would reply after 5pm with a time. We were due to fly home Saturday at 12:05am so I sent him a message via what’s app on Friday at 11:26am expecting to receive a reply after 5pm. I’m still waiting for that reply now and we’ve been home in the uk over 24 hours now. Thankfully a kind British lady explained what I needed to do as the exact same had happened to her also! I saw the same lady the night she was leaving waiting in the lobby literally shaking praying her transfer was going to turn up for her. she was an older lady with her husband and it was very distressing to see the state she was in due to the lack of respect and communication for ‘our rep’. - Food. Absolutely disgusting! If you go by the photos on the websites it looks like you’re in for a right treat and will need to be on a diet when you return home. Definitely not the story what’s so ever!! You will be very lucky if you don’t return home a lot of kg lighter then when you arrived. The beautiful fruit pictures you see on the websites, non existe
