It was perfect, even off-season. Restaurant, meal, atmosphere… was great, Ulaş bey from the Glass bar, Melissa hanım from spa, and all others was super nice. We wanted to spend 3 days by chilling, self care, spa etc. and Caresse was perfect place for it.

Wow! Absolutely loved it . Great pls e to relax Great staff and very accommodating. Javid and Lmut (?) at the front desk were amazing . Breakfast is top notch and views are amazing Found the food and drinks to be expensive otherwise no faults ! Will be back !

Wow !!! I think this place is destined to fail I’m sorry to say because it is a lovely location. £250 a night out of season for a small room with no bath and builders and noise everywhere (the place is looking rather tatty) so I understand the renovations but I don’t want to pay to hear them !!! My next issue £50 for 2 single gin and tonics (Gordon’s) seriously I’ve stayed all over the world and never payed that even at that burj al Arab !!! Very dissatisfied very overpriced. I may be wrong but I sense this is probably a franchise operation I just can’t see Marriot group being so short sited and greedy.

Beautiful hotel in a great location. This was our second visit having loved staying here before. But………. Negatives: 1. We specifically booked & requested a twin room when booking and emailed several times to confirm this but arrived to find we were allocated a single king size bed. My daughter & I wanted separate beds so it became clear that they had to open up a room to facilitate this on a floor that was actually closed. Thats when the problems started. Don’t offer a room if it’s not ready & available. 2. The room air con did not work for 2 days and then broke down. Each time they did fix it but we spent one very hot night and one very cold night as the thermostat was broken. 3. We had no hot water for one day. Not great after a day by the pool. It was fixed. 4. When trying to report air con issue we discovered the high tech phone did not work. It looked fancy but that was it. It never worked during our stay. 5. TV in our room offered only two English speaking channels - BBC & Sky international news. A minor irritation but for such a hotel and in this day & age disappointing. 6. Major building works going on. In fairness it is early in the season but very frustrating to be by the pool and all you can hear is drilling, banging, saws going, dust etc. Guests should be warned and prices should reflect the disruption. 7. The lovely infinity pool needed repairing. Large chunks of plaster had fallen off it. Not a good look. 8. Lighting around the hotel was either faulty or not finished with wires on display. 9. Safe in room did not work. Now for the positives: 1. Food was lovely and great options. My daughter is coeliac and staff could not have been more helpful. 2. Staff were lovely. 3. Location perfect. 4. Room itself was lovely and bed was super comfortable. Summary: I’m sure the problems we encountered will be sorted by the time the season is underway but at least warn guests that building work is going on and ensure rooms are fully functional and reflect the disruption in the price of the room.

Just got back from a 3 night stay at this wonderful hotel. Warm welcome, very clean, lovely bedroom (room 402), super bedding, good shower - could slightly improve the view over the rooftop garden from the balcony. Food excellent, staff fab

The hotel is located with great views of the ocean and several eating options. Some of the big pros are several stores on site, gym, sauna and steam room all available to guest without having to purchase a spa package. One of my downsides was that one of the restaurants (Glass Lounge) doesn’t appear to have AC so it was quite warm. Overall this is a good option for redeeming Marriott points but had I paid full price I might feel that it wasn’t worth the value.

Wow! what a property. Bodrum is so beautiful and the location of this property is even better. The mesmerising view and the ambience goes so well together. I loved the spacious rooms, the quality of the rooms, the beautiful breathtaking view and there's so much to love about this property. First of all, our check in was so smooth and we had such a warm welcome. They arranged a beautiful cake along with prosecco to celebrate our marriage anniversary. The service was top notch. It was above par. Each time our every request were met without any hesitation. Truly a luxurious service. We loved Buddha Bar. That's where we spent most of our time. The vibe, the ambience, the food and the music was so perfect. Their breakfast is good spreader and it is very delicious too. The view from anywhere in the property is mesmerising and having breakfast with a stunning view is blissful. Their swimming pool is huge and perfect to find your own space and relax. Indoor pool, sauna & steam are very well made. Overall this property is a stunning one and doesn't let you feel any short of luxury. But most important, their service will amaze you. They really know how to take care of the guest and make their stay memorable. Definitely coming back here and hopefully it's even better again.

Excellent location right on the water. We had a room with a sea view and access direct to the beach area - it was a fabulous room in fairness. Great staff and lovely hotel overall. Only downside was the price of food and drink - very very expensive. €38 plus service charge for a cocktail! €20 for a glass of wine, €10 beer. You could easily spend more eating at the hotel than on the room. This seems par for the course in Bodrum at the moment in the international hotels. Much much cheaper in local restaurants.
