A 40-something year old daughter taking her Mumma on her first EVER all inclusive experience….and she (we!) absolutely loved it! Having only just opened for the season one day before we arrived, we couldn’t fault a thing. A special mention to Ege on Guest Relations - what a star! ⭐️ Thank you Ege so much for your help with a little matter we experienced that you so thoughtfully sorted for us. I’m not one to return to the same place twice, but this hotel may just change that…..thank you to everyone who made our getaway wonderful (staff and guests) - it was a pleasure!

There are more positive points than bad, which was a relief after reading so many negative reviews before we came. We did have a great time, but there are some things to mention for sure. Check-in/Our Room Firstly, our check-in needs highlighting. It was very late at night, and we were greeted at the desk by a friendly chap and told our room number, but very little information was given after that. Mehmet helped with our luggage and advised us of a few things, but we still had no clue what time food was served or any mention of our included à la carte, which was very poor. Upon arrival at our room, we discovered it looked nothing like the pictures advertised on the Jet2 website. We were also with our 15-year-old daughter and were greeted with a single room with three single beds in it. I spoke to our porter and showed him my room confirmation, and he said this was correct; we had booked a standard room. I then went back upstairs to speak to the man on reception and told him that there should be a double bed and that the pictures looked nothing like the ones on the website. Language was a bit of an issue clearly, and he would not let me upgrade. I was just told to come back tomorrow to speak with the manager on the desk. This was annoying, and in the end, we didn't even bother going back to complain. The complex is massive, and they really should have looked at the booking and saw we had a teenager with us and accommodated this. The hotel wasn't even half full. Most "5-star" hotels upgrade for free. We literally got a 2-star room (not very clean, nothing like the pictures, the air conditioning barely worked and was incredibly noisy). If it weren't for the staff and everything else, I would not be rating this review so high. Our neighbor upon our arrival said "welcome to Alcatraz," and it did feel a bit like that with apartments close together. We didn't get the promised balcony; it was just a small step with two chairs on it, with no privacy. I won't moan about the room too much as we didn't go back the next day to complain further, but make sure you get one that is in the pictures on your travel company's website. We did leave a couple of tips for the housekeepers, but the cleaning wasn't great. You didn't get any special treatment like swans made out of towels, but you did get your bed made and minibar stocked, so it's not all bad. Be warned, they like you to put toilet paper in the bin. Nothing was mentioned about this apart from a card in the bathroom. I remember first encountering this many years ago in Corfu, but I would hope in this day and age, you didn't have to wipe and leave it in a bin. The Staff The staff are the highlight of this place, though. Some do not really engage (perhaps a language issue), but there are some absolute stars there, such as Nazmi (breakfast), Yusef Can (bar), and others whose names I have forgotten how to pronounce. This past week was one of the best that I had ever!! Thank you selectum for the awesome food and accomodations. The animation team was the best you should participate in all the activities. Arrived here on Tuesday and it is one of the most relaxing and friendliest hotels we have ever stayed at 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻 great choice of food and the shops are only a 5/10 mins walk from the hotel, entertainment is great for kids and adults 10 out 10 hotel love it 🤘🤘🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻

Avoid this dirty, shabby hotel at all costs. If you are a group with any customer service expectations, you will be astonished at the low integrity values on display at this hotel. We have been subjected to the most upsetting and horrendous treatment by hotel management because we dared to discuss how upset we feel about the treatment we have received. When we politely asked for a discussion with the hotel manager we were told that if we don't like the hotel, we should leave. Rooms are dirty, shabby and beyond the description offered to us of "the hotel is a little tired"! Food is nothing short of cafeteria standard, drinks are simply cheap and unpleasant and the staff are, on short, lacking any pride in both the hotel or their work. I have never witnessed behaviour such as the behaviour of the customer relations assistant manager. He was verbally abusive, intimidating and a thoroughly unpleasant character. The hotel even went as far as bringing in a fake tour operator representative to ask us to remove this review. Please don't go to this hotel as it will diminish your view of humanity. Very, very sad and upsetting experience.

So disappointed 😞 How is this hotel 5 star? The hotel is tired, shabby and absolutely not 5 star. Rooms are utterly miserable. Food, service and overall ambience is dreadful. The food and drinks are extremely low quality. From one 5* 20 mins away to this, 3 weeks on is nothing short of ludicrous.

2nd visit to this wonderful hotel and it won't be the last. We genuinely love this hotel and all the staff are incredibly friendly. Dogukan and Harry are part of a super animation team. Darts Game with Dogukan was great fun. (3 TIMES CHAMPION). Omer the bartender remembered us from our first visit and we never went short of a rum or two. The room was clean, the food was amazing, especially at the 24/7 restaurant. The drinks were lovely, the weather was perfect, the pool was surprisingly warm. We will be back soon. Why would we go anywhere else!? None of my photos are edited...it genuinely looks this good in real life 🌞

Food was really good, drinks were really good as well. The entertainment team were very funny and were very helpful when you needed them, harry was very helpful to us he was really nice and very funny and he made sure we all had a good time and never failed to do so.
