Good service, great surroundings, many options eg quiet pools, beach, etc. but also many food and drink options. I would highly recommend

A 40-something year old daughter taking her Mumma on her first EVER all inclusive experience….and she (we!) absolutely loved it! Having only just opened for the season one day before we arrived, we couldn’t fault a thing. A special mention to Ege on Guest Relations - what a star! ⭐️ Thank you Ege so much for your help with a little matter we experienced that you so thoughtfully sorted for us. I’m not one to return to the same place twice, but this hotel may just change that…..thank you to everyone who made our getaway wonderful (staff and guests) - it was a pleasure!

There are more positive points than bad, which was a relief after reading so many negative reviews before we came. We did have a great time, but there are some things to mention for sure. Check-in/Our Room Firstly, our check-in needs highlighting. It was very late at night, and we were greeted at the desk by a friendly chap and told our room number, but very little information was given after that. Mehmet helped with our luggage and advised us of a few things, but we still had no clue what time food was served or any mention of our included à la carte, which was very poor. Upon arrival at our room, we discovered it looked nothing like the pictures advertised on the Jet2 website. We were also with our 15-year-old daughter and were greeted with a single room with three single beds in it. I spoke to our porter and showed him my room confirmation, and he said this was correct; we had booked a standard room. I then went back upstairs to speak to the man on reception and told him that there should be a double bed and that the pictures looked nothing like the ones on the website. Language was a bit of an issue clearly, and he would not let me upgrade. I was just told to come back tomorrow to speak with the manager on the desk. This was annoying, and in the end, we didn't even bother going back to complain. The complex is massive, and they really should have looked at the booking and saw we had a teenager with us and accommodated this. The hotel wasn't even half full. Most "5-star" hotels upgrade for free. We literally got a 2-star room (not very clean, nothing like the pictures, the air conditioning barely worked and was incredibly noisy). If it weren't for the staff and everything else, I would not be rating this review so high. Our neighbor upon our arrival said "welcome to Alcatraz," and it did feel a bit like that with apartments close together. We didn't get the promised balcony; it was just a small step with two chairs on it, with no privacy. I won't moan about the room too much as we didn't go back the next day to complain further, but make sure you get one that is in the pictures on your travel company's website. We did leave a couple of tips for the housekeepers, but the cleaning wasn't great. You didn't get any special treatment like swans made out of towels, but you did get your bed made and minibar stocked, so it's not all bad. Be warned, they like you to put toilet paper in the bin. Nothing was mentioned about this apart from a card in the bathroom. I remember first encountering this many years ago in Corfu, but I would hope in this day and age, you didn't have to wipe and leave it in a bin. The Staff The staff are the highlight of this place, though. Some do not really engage (perhaps a language issue), but there are some absolute stars there, such as Nazmi (breakfast), Yusef Can (bar), and others whose names I have forgotten how to pronounce. Returned from this hotel 3 June 2024, I travelled with my niece & her 7 year old daughter. On arrival we were left to find our room ourselves, yes it was midnight but no excuse. Eventually one of the staff came to help but then there were loads of steps to the room, we were not td about all these steps as I have problems udk g step, I did ask If there were lifts at the time of booking so beware if you have trouble walking this hotel is not for you as I found out. Some of the food was cold & not a good variety, I am not fussy but we ate mainly fries & chicken nuggets. The Italian restraunt was fine but you could only go there once unless you paid 13 euros was not happy. We thought that there were more pools, thesin one was fine but the indoor one was cold & not inviting the only other one we found was the one by the beach very small at the bottom of the slides. Would not visit this resort again as what it cost we could have gone to the carribean for a wk so please think twice before booking this resort

Just returned from 10 days at this hotel. I have mixed feelings about this holiday. On the plus side, the hotel is set in very pretty well maintained grounds. Its quite hilly, so a little hard with a buggy. It has a large main pool, with many activities going on daily. One reason we booked this hotel was it also had a "relax" pool, which we went to daily. Pleasant quiet area with a bar. The only problem was the constant arrival of families with children, which spoilt the peace and quiet. There was a sign, inside the pool area saying no children under 15, and no inflatables. We reported this to Customer Relations who sent security down to resolve. But, I could not understand why there was not a sign outside the entry stating this. On our last say there were 3/4 li-lo's in the pool. If people cannot see any notice of age limit, its not their fault. Rooms: we paid extra for a sea view room, and for us it was worth it. Nice room with a balcony. Room a bit dated but was cleaned daily. Housekeeping staff were excellent. There is a main buffet restaurant for breakfast,lunch and dinner. At times this was busy and difficult to find a seat. There was a huge array of different salads, breads, soup etc and hot food also served but unfortunately 99% of the time the food was cold. On numerous occasions I asked for my food to be re heated on the microwave. There was also different themed nights, ie: Italian, Mexican, Turkish etc which would have been better if the food had been served hot. There also are A-La-Carte restaurants, we chose the Italian which is overlooking the beach. Was very good, but when I asked for a glass of sparkling wine, they did not have any, only white or red wine. The staff in the main restaurant were mostly good, but at times just wandered about looking busy without asking if you wanted a drink from the bar. Also hardly any seemed to speak/,understand English. We've been to Turkey many times before, and this is perhaps not the nicest food menu's we've encountered. Theres Alice Patisserie upstairs by the Terrace bar, staff at this bar were v good. There's a beach bar, which we didn't use. There's also a 24/7 Restarant on the complex, but again at times this is very busy, and hard to find a table. The first night we arrived very late and ordered beef fajitas and spag bog. The fajitas came, but the spag bog didn't,, and when it finally arrived it was also cold. This also happened again on our lady day, my husband received his burger, hot, my order of sea bass didn't turn up. De ja vu.... You can hire Cabanas, which have a butler service, which I believe were 100 euros, or a cabana with no butler for 45 euros. There's plenty of sunbeds around the beach area. There's also water slides on the beach. By the main pool area is more hot food, jacket potatoes, toasties, waffles and fruit and ice cream. There's entertainment in the evenings too. So it's got everything, such a shame it was spoilt for us by a few bad *******, which was a little

Excellent hotel with amazing staff. Especially the entertainers. Harry especially. Food was fantastic and drinks were flowing. Pool very clean and lots of activities around the pool for adults and kids throughout the day. Evening entertainment was great also. Cyber party was excellent. Definitely recommend this hotel to couples and families.

Very nice hotel with great views and food. Pool is great aswell as all entertainment. The view from the pool over the sea is amazing and the pool/bar area is spacious and enjoyable. We enjoyed the entertainment throughout the day especially in the pool. Always inclusive and the team are very friendly

Beautiful hotel and area. Swimming pool & beach area have sufficient beds available. Plenty of food to choose from breakfast, lunch and dinner. Bars are well stocked as well as a daily refill on your mini fridge in your room. Staff provide an excellent service for the numbers they have to cater for, maximum wait on being served even in busy peak times is a couple of minutes if that, the entertainment is fantastic at night ! The slow dancing shows were beautiful and the dancers outfits were amazing! If you get chance look at visiting Pamukkale and doing a jeep safari well worth the money and the beautiful views of Turkey. On a side note, please replace the speaker at the beach bar 😁 Thank you Selectum Colours for an amazing holiday and the outstanding hospitality.

Extremely glad we came back to this resort. Always so clean and the staff are so hardworking. Special thank you to the day activity staff and night entertainment staff for always having such amazing shows on and activities to take part in. Throughly enjoyed our stay here. 🎶💃🏻🎯🏊🥎☀️
