오해하지 마세요 호텔은 10/10으로 러블리였던 okd 타운에서 차로 20분 거리에 있는 정말 아름다운 곳에 있습니다!! 파로 공항에서 차로 약 40분 거리에 있는 해변 호텔은 깨끗했습니다. 직원은 사랑스럽고 정중했습니다. 제가 도착했을 때 스파 시설이 공사 중이었기 때문에 계속 택시를 타야 했습니다. 모두 연결된 길 위의 호텔은 사오 라파엘 아틀란티코라고 불렸습니다. 스위트룸이 있었는데 욕조가 없고 샤워실이 조금 작았습니다. 사랑하는 사람과 함께 샤워하는 행운을 빕니다 😀 하지만 호텔은 매우 아름다워 환상적인 시간을 보냈습니다. 감사합니다. 직원 여러분 !!! 아 예, 아침 식사는 매일 동일한 옵션이 제공되므로 10점 만점에 6점이면 더 좋았을 것입니다 :)

여기서 하룻밤을 보냈습니다. 정말 놀라운 숙소이며, 아침 식사도 사랑스럽습니다. 확실히 돌아와서 다시 머물 것입니다

This place is just fantastic. The hotel is composed of several, distinct buildings. The whole, situated in a very vast, safe, hospitable resort. An entire village of hotels and lodging units, actually. With various related facilities. We stayed in the main building. In a Junior Suite, with a sea view. A spacious suite, very clean, with high ceilings, wall-to-wall windows, a long balcony. The view is truly excellent. The buffet deserves a special mention. Whether in the morning or the evening, it is way above average, in terms of quality, originality and variety. From what I understood, during our stay, they had just hired a new chef in the kitchen. A very good one, indeed. All the staff members, in any department, are all very keen to assist you. Always with a warm smile, and the right attitude. The beach is near-by. There is a very nice bar there. We had a truly memorable stay in this great establishment. Abrigado.

Wonderful facility, quiet, elegant, understated. Great staff, prices are as expected and overall a very enjoyable stay. Staff went to great lengths to help my wife with Celiac issues. Awesome breakfast buffet. Will return at least once more this season.

A surreal five star hotel with amazing staff! First and foremost, Vera at the reception went extra miles and made us feel right at home the moment we stepped into the door of the hotel. As always, it is the people that make buildings warm, and the staff like Vera are genuinely friendly, welcoming, efficient and extremely approachable, representing the marvellous culture of Portugal and the spirit of NAU hotels. Next, the hotel is very well-maintained, immaculate, generous in space, and spacious in the common areas and the rooms. Our beautiful suite room certainly has the heaven-like feel and touch. We really appreciated the great efforts and care put into the preparation of the room. The ambience like the swimming pools surrounded by palm trees is refreshing; it is located next to the sandy beach that extends miles without obstacles, and the raised path takes you over the natural fauna and flora and onto the beach. Together, one could not help feeling like being "melted" into nature, being oneness with nature. Otherwise, the food was carefully prepared - A comida esta deliciosa! Furthermore, the bar was spacious and well-designed; it has wide choices and its staff were friendly. Apart from amazing staff like Vera, this five star hotel is outstanding in another respect. I've stayed at many five star beach hotels but it is the only one that maintains its outside swimming pool to the highest hygienic standard. It manages to keep seagulls away from the swimming pools!!! The fouls from seagulls playing in the pools are certainly a hazard, but this hotel shows great care and devotes extra efforts in preventing this from happening. Another outstanding feature is the location of the hotel; it is ideal for star-gazing, and the starry sky never fails to strike awe. An Awesome hotel I've been twice and I will certainly return time and again!

Superb junior suite. Stayed here with my son and cannot fault this place. Staff were great. Accommodation was fantastic. Pool area was amazing as well as the grounds. We stayed for a golf break and course is just a short walk away. Breakfast choice was plentiful and freshly prepared, enough choice for every taste. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Family suites are very large for a family, however that's about the only positive thing. For a 5 star hotel I would of expected at least one of the outdoor pools to be heated but they weren't. Food breakfast ok, evening meal poor, not much choice and desserts were poor often the food was cold. Nothing to speak of for children. Playground poor for children one slide and two swings. This is certainly not a hotel to stay at with small children.

This hotel is very well located, with privileged access to the beach. In general, the staff was smiling and available. The reception staff were professional and helpful. The breakfast was okay. The value for money in the various bars and snacks was not optimal.

From the moment we arrived the place was magical, peaceful and tranquil. The reception is was wonderful and all information was given. Room was exceptional, very comfortable and impeccably clean, balcony overlooking pool was a welcome bonus. All facilities were top class, the food was excellent at breakfast and food truck by pool was great for cold drinks and afternoon snacks. The front desk staff of Sara, Carla, and Marcra were the best always greeting with a smile and quick with little local information like bus times and restaurants to try Truly magic
