the king size bed is absolutely confortable! the views from the room, are nice! shower and amenities are fine. the room size for two people are OK. People in the main desk are extremely nice, I had some questions about how to go to downtown, and they carefully explained to me. The hotel is in a nice area where the are some restaurants-bars, some of them with good rewievs.

Totally meet expectation. Very clean, almost brand new condition. But, no complimentary water bottle(just a tap water) and sleeper.

I stayed in the hotel for two weeks, the hotel staff were great; they do all they can to help you. If you want a modern hotel with all the facilities in Guatemala City zona 4; you have to stay at Good Hotel and plus you’re helping with Guatemalan kids education.

Good Hotel exceeded our expectations! Everyone was very welcoming and kind, our room was nice and conftorble to stay in with very nice ambience. The hotel had a great outdoor and indoor vibe that we were able to enjoy. Another perk was that the hotel was located in an area where we felt safe.

Staff are very helpful, polite and friendly. The hotel is very clean, nice and with a very nice view of the city. The hotel is located in a very nice area with many places to eat. The only thing we missed was a TV. There wasn't a TV in the room. Overall, I liked our stayed. We only stayed for one night.

The hotel itself is very well kept, comfortable and has an amazing design. Everything you need is there and is also beautiful. The location is also really good! The idea of helping the community is also really nice! Overall a very GOOD HOTEL!

Really cool hotel in a great location - delicious breakfast! The views from the room were stunning. The staff was so kind and helpful, super easy check in process. And the bedsheets were incredibly soft and the room was very clean. Will stay there again for sure.

Had a wonderful night at The Good Hotel. We felt welcomed and the staff went out of their way to assist. Kate was especially helpful which we are very thankful. Bed was extremely comfortable as were the pillows. The breakfast was very good and we enjoyed it from our room.
