De passage à Sao Paulo pour un vol depuis GRU, nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour au Slaviero. Chambre spacieuse et calme, lit confortable, personnel accueillant, buffet petit déjeuner copieux et varié, tout y etait, même le quartier avec de nombreux restaurants et services. Nous reviendrons très certainement. Merci à l'équipe du Slaviero

Something very eerie and off about this hotel. Call it a coincidence or paranoia but I am very well traveled and this is a first for me. The hotel is dark. Literally. The halls are a grey dark tone with grey carpeting that is old. Food service is mediocre and there is not much in the area. You definitely do not want to walk around and explore for safety reasons. Here is where things got eerie. On our floor, at the end of the hall, there was a room with the door left wide open with the lights and TV on. The door was left open all day as we were in and out of our room. The hotel experienced a black out. We had no power in our room and the hallway lights were off and emergency lighting was on. However, the phones were still working so I called down to the concierge and the guy said that it happens occasionally. While we were waiting for the power to come on in our room, we heard a noise coming from the hallway. We went into the hallway thinking it was our neighbours etc. but the noise was coming from the room with the door open. The door was still open and the lights and TV were still on!!!! Shortly after the power came on, we decided to bounce and head to the airport early. Again, maybe I'm tripping but something was very off about this hotel from beginning to end.

Incrivel, o quarto limpo e muito bem organizado. Chuveiro com agua quente, cama confortavel. O traslado para o aeroporto otimo, um conforto a mais para os clientes, É so pedir a tabela de horarios para o Hotel que chegando no aeroporto ja consegue ir. Tudo impecavel. O unico problema que tive é que como foi virada do ano, cheguei tarde no aeroporto e chegando no Hotel com fome liguei varias vezes no servico de quarto e nao consegui pedir, mas compreendi que era virada de ano e devia estar tudo muito cheio. O café da manha é excelente, café passado maravilhoso, pao fresco, frios e frutas. Para comecar meu roteiro de férias ter ficado no Slaviero foi excelente. Com certeza vou voltar e indicar. Muito obrigada!

Hotel ótimo para quem precisa estar próximo do Aeroporto de Guarulhos. Possui traslado de uma em uma hora, bom café da manhã e bom custo benefício.

Bem abaixo do esperado. O transfer demorou mais de 1h e lotou. O motorista nao deu solução e disse q era o ultimo horário. Chegando no hotel, apenas 1 pessoa atendendo e mais de 50 clientes na fila para o checkin. Depois disso tudo, o ar nao funcionou direito e nao tinham quartos disponiveis para troca. Viajo muito dentro do brasil e Foi uma pessima experiência, a pior do ano.
