The view from our room was not bad. Wifi was fast. The pool was great. It was huge and had lots of slides for my baby to enjoy. Downside was the pool didn’t have a heater so it was quite cold, especially that the weather wasn’t really good. I would suggest coming here during summer. Their check out time is just right. The breakfast buffet was really good and we’re looking forward to be back. For the price we paid, the place really exceeded our expectations. Except for the part where we asked for a wine opener, they couldn’t provide it at night since they didn’t have access to their kitchen anymore because it was closed hehehe and their museum which was included in the package we paid for was closed on Sundays. Nonetheless, their service was really good. YangLiu at the front desk was very hospitable. Overall, We had a really good time here at Royal Palace hotel.

住過性價比最高的酒店，除了設施稍微老舊了一些，服務十分周到，環境也舒服。女兒愛上了這裏的馬，第一天餵過馬後，第二天早上冒着大雨也要再次去喂，離別的時候依依不捨，差點哭了出來。就是小童樂園小了一些，設施也更適合小童，大童和小童一起擠在小空間，很容易有摩擦。建議另外找個地方增加大童適合玩的攀爬彈跳類小童設施，還有做手工烘焙等小童活動，能吸引更多的親子家庭過來，同時小童節目足夠豐富就不用去外面另外找節目。

國慶假期，到處都是人從眾，就近出行來皇朝御苑酒店度假，酒店環境還不錯。還有下午茶和水果，意外的驚喜！酒店設有好多親子活動區域。游泳，騎馬，網球，藝術館等都有，親子游極力推薦！
