the location is very strategic.. and staff is very friendly and especially the amenities like hair shampoo is very good

Ery nice hotel. I will stay there next time. Breakfast area too small to serve too all hotel customers, therefore I cancel my breakfast.

Negatives: The hotel rooms smell very strongly of smoke or perfume that was sprayed to cover the stench. Reception was kind enough to swap us to another room which did not smell of strong perfume. The hotel is also located in Level 6 of the building, which was shared with other businesses. Most of the times, the lifts take very long to arrive, and were crammed to the max with delivery guys or people. We had to plan lift usage during off-peak times so that we wont be squeezed into lifts that take forever to arrive. Laundry facilities were deeply disappointing as the machines constantly go into error. We were stuck with wet laundry on the last day of our stay and had to hang it up around the room with hopes that the aircon would dry it off for us overnight. Positives: The location was great in ShangXiaJiu Road, with a lot of food and shopping choices targeted mostly for the younger crowd. The staff were great, from the reception to the cleaning ladies. Very accommodating. Room was otherwise well-appointed and clean despite the cigarette smells.

We chose this hotel for its location which is in the shopping street. Convenient to shop and dine. There is a metro within 5 minutes walk from the hotel. The staff are attentive and provide good customer service. Our room is with a window and it is clean. The only comment is the elevators. It is shared with the public and can get crowded. Overall our stay was good.

Good place , easy to reach everywhere

Location is convenient, there are a lots of shops, dining area and also food markets. Room was spacious, clean, and amenities provided, booked a room with 2 queen beds.. Walking distance to shopping area. Definitely will be my choice again if I happen to come to beautiful guangzhou again. Highly recommended..

I do not recommend this hotel for any non-smokers. All the bedrooms were previously for smokers and they use some sort of portable air filtration unit, which doesn't work that great. So all the bedrooms have a faint smell.

Old hotel (many rooms divided in one floor space; only one floor of the building is the hotel). There was construction in the morning, very noisy
