I loved the fact that room is rustic. It was clean and the staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good.

Fantastic small hotel. Walkable to many restaurants and bars in Colonia Americana. Staff is friendly and attentive. Will return on future trips to Guadalajara.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Villa Ganz in Guadalajara and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, I was struck by the beauty of the location - the hotel is situated in a charming, tree-lined neighborhood that feels like a peaceful oasis in the heart of the city. But what really sets Villa Ganz apart is the exceptional staff. From the warm welcome at check-in to the thoughtful touches throughout my stay, I felt truly taken care of by the friendly and attentive team. They went above and beyond to make me feel at home, and it's clear that they take pride in creating a warm and welcoming environment for their guests. Armando, Christopher and the whole team were amazing. Speaking of feeling at home, that's exactly how I felt during my stay at Villa Ganz. The boutique hotel has a cozy and intimate feel, with comfortable furnishings and tasteful decor that make you feel like you're staying in a luxurious private residence. Whether I was lounging in my room, enjoying a meal in the elegant dining are, or simply relaxing in the courtyard garden, I always felt at ease and relaxed. Overall, I can't recommend Villa Ganz enough. If you're looking for a beautiful, peaceful retreat in Guadalajara with friendly staff and a home-away-from-home vibe, this is the place for you. Five stars!

Booked here last minute based on reviews. Gorgeous property in convenient location. Wonderful staff. Many restaurants nearby to walk to. Loved the grounds. Would definitely stay here again.

Our stay at Villa Ganz was excellent. The staff are friendly and helpful and the location—especially the garden—is heavenly. Our room was on the first floor with a small private garden. I thought there might be noise from local bars but at night the room was exceptionally peaceful. The whole place makes for an elegant stay.

The location was perfect for us. It was close to a wide variety of restaurants and nightlife options. The hacienda design and the beautiful courtyard were special parts of our experience at the Villa Ganz. Most importantly, we appreciated the attentiveness and warmth of the staff. We were well taken care of!

We were only there for one night but we loved the aesthetic and cleanliness. It truly felt like an oasis in the bustling city. The only bummer was that we were charged for breakfast and early checkin even though the rooms were clearly ready. Most properties of this level, in my experience, do not charge (especially for breakfast).

My wife and I were very impressed with Villa Ganz. The property is beautiful in a wonderful old Mexico style. It truly feels like a sanctuary. The staff is just amazing, and Doña Sally is the most gracious owner we've ever had the pleasure of meeting. They all went way out of their way to make a stay feel like a home away from home. Sally even made reservations for us at a Hacienda in Lagos de Moreno and even sent us a gift while we were there. Just a magical stay! Can't wait to come back.
