보링켄 마운틴 리조트 & 스파(Borinquen Thermal Resort)

Resort located up in mountains, steep hill road. Excellent service and food. Amazing hot springs and Spa.

We absolutely loved the three nights we stayed here. The gravel mountain road up to the resort was an adventure but it was worth the hour drive from the airport. We did two different couples massages that were amazing. Enjoyed the hot springs and mud bath every day. Liked the pool and pool bar. Our tour guide for the forest hike to the waterfalls was great! Very personalized service and the staff was extremely friendly. The food at the bar & grill was excellent. Enjoyed the main restaurant too.

The customer service doesn’t meet our standards for a 4 star hotel. We had so many bugs, millipedes and spiders in our room, crawling everywhere, even beds. In addition we dined at the restaurant and were double charged. They basically charged us for two portions vs one for several items. It is good we noticed it

Superb accommodation at the top of a hill with a magnificent view, bird life amazing, hot spring pools great and can view monkeys and birds while soaking, beautiful grounds and not over crowded

Getting to this resort is a haul, and what I mean by that is 15 minutes at 10kph along a rocky road. It also has several mountainous roads that need to be climbed to get there. Once you’ve finished the journey, you’re greeted by a unique, well cared for oasis. The property is very well manicured, the suites are well appointed and the staff is very friendly. Pictures of the resort are very helpful as they are current and accurate.

Beautiful place, very friendly, kind, and helpful staff. Great food. Fantastic pool and thermal areas. Dina and Kaylee, and all the ladies at the spa were wonderful. Georg and Wallace were fantastic zip line guides, as was Navi, horse master. The road in is exciting--drive slowly to avoid the worst of the potholes. With the rain, it's impossible to keep such roads constantly maintained, so be careful.

This is an amazing place. Although getting there was a bit hard giving that we arrived at night it was wonderful once we got there. From reception time to our check out it was amazing. You could literally stay inside this place for a whole week and don’t get bored. The hot springs, the pool and the mud treatment was all a great treat. All the staff was amazing, it was truly a great trip for us and our boys. We highly recommend the 4 senses tour, if you want to have fun this is it! 12 zip lines ended inside the resort property was great. If I can wish for one more thing….I wish this was an all-inclusive resort with food and drinks. We had to pay for our meals because we didn’t want to leave the property at all! Breakfast is included and it’s a very nice and big buffet with omelet station. My kids loved it. My husband and I….even more. Thank you all :) Desde la hora de recepción hasta nuestra salida fue increíble. Literalmente, podrías quedarte dentro de este lugar durante toda una semana y no aburrirte. Las aguas termales, la piscina y el tratamiento del barro fueron un gran placer. Todo el personal fue increíble, fue realmente un gran viaje para nosotros y nuestros hijos. Recomendamos el tour de los 4 sentidos, ¡si quieres divertirte, esto es todo! 12 líneas de canopy que terminaron dentro de la propiedad del complejo fue genial. Si puedo desear una cosa más... Ojalá este fuera un complejo all-inclusive con comida y bebidas. desayuno está incluido y es un buffet delicioso

Our original hotel was canceled last minute. We are so glad. Borinquen saved the day. We got a flat tire upon arrival and a man at the resort fixed it for us. We loved the spa treatments and the ambiance of the thermal hot springs all around. Truly a magical place!

Perfect get away for people who wants to be isolate for a couple of days. Great horseback riding, canopy, mud pool
