Very comfortable 2-family house "Ortensia", 500 m a.s.l., 3 storeys, from the 16th century, surrounded by trees and vineyards. 2 houses in the residence. 5 km from the centre of Greve in Chianti, in a secluded, quiet, elevated position, 200 m from the edge of the forest, in the countryside. For shared use: swimming pool fenced (6 x 12 m, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 30.Sep. pool opening hours: 80:00-20:00). Shower/WC in the pool area, patio, terrace, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: washing machine. Linen change (suppl. charge extra). Towel change (suppl. charge extra).
