그르노블, Magasin Centre National d＇Art Contemporain 근처 호텔

We stayed two nights at this aparthotel, when coming back from Les Deux Alpes, before leaving Grenoble. This aparthotel is located on the western side of the Grenoble train station (but Grenoble is small enough to walk around). The aparthotel was actually quite pleasant. We were in a group of six and were given an apartment with two bedrooms and one sofa bed in the living room. The apartment completes with a small kitchen, toilet and a bathroom. Everything was clean on arrival, but one toilet and bathroom might be too crowded for six people. It has the home-feeling for us and we like the place. The aparthotel also have gym facilities, but we did not use it. There is also a restaurant serving breakfast in the morning, but we did not have it. From the hotel, you can walk (safely) to the town centre (where most shops and restaurants are) located. I found the surrounding area quiet at night, but completely safe to walk around. This aparthotel is very good for those who want to stay close to train/ bus station, but at the same time able to walk to town centre. I booked it through ALL website and it was actually cheaper than Ibis Styles hotel nearby, but with larger space.

The hotel is located right beside the Grenoble train station in what could be considered as a business district. Surrounding the hotel are a range of offices such as the World Trade Centre and the School of Management. The main centre or more touristic area is a pleasant 10-15 stroll away or indeed you can take the tram. There are a few restaurants and convenience stores located within 5 minute walk. The entrance to the hotel is a little unassuming However upon entry you are greeted with a modern lobby. There is a nice seating area for meeting or enjoying a drink from the bar. This then expands to a restaurant area which gets good reviews and then further to the breakfast area. The fixtures and fittings are to a high standard and have a semi luxurious feel. The check-in was professional however a wait was needed until the room was ready even though it was already 2pm. The room was quite a contrast to the modern plush interior of the lobby. It felt a little dated and showed the signs of aging. The carpet and sofa stained, the curtains ripped, the table edging peeling. The decor of the room appeared a little drab. The room was a privilege room and was spacious with a large double bed (two singles zipped) sofa, desk, chair and lounge chair. It was equipped with a mini bar with complimentary drinks and a coffee pod machine (limescale in the water tank) and large screen TV. The bathroom was split into a separate shower and WC - handy for families I'm sure but not hygienic to have two doors between the toilet and sink. The worst element of this room was that it was located opposite the lift. The lift chimed not only when it landed on that floor, but also it seemed everytime it was used, that could only account for it chiming at least twice a minute in peak times and was loud enough for me to try and put pillows at the door to soundproof it somewhat. The room also didn't get cleaned in the three day stay when I left it empty each morning. Upon return after lunch I requested from the cleaner to at least replenish the tea/coffee but she never returned. Overall, this is a pleasant hotel and good value for money. However my opinion is that it is not up to the standard of other 4 star Novotels in France.

chambre refaite à neuf, bonne literie, linge nickel, petit déjeuner parfait en qualité et quantité, personnel super accueillant : je connais de nombreux 3 étoiles faisant largement moins bien ! reste quelques réglages et le changement des fenêtres, cela sera alors un super hotel dans sa catégorie

La chambre n'est pas très grande, mais j'y ai passé un bon séjour, cependant, ayant branché mon réveil sur une prise, il ne restait plus qu'une prise pour charger mon téléphone et ma tablette ou mon ordinateur. Il faudrait au moins une troisième prise près du lit. A part le manque de prises, le chauffage fonctionne parfaitement, et la chambre était propre.

The room we stayed in was simple, clean and comfortable, although it was inconvenient that the space between the desk and bed was too small to pass through when sitting on a chair. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful and were happy to accommodate our requests, which was good. The car parking was next to the hotel and very convenient, with direct access in and out of the hotel. The breakfast was also delicious, with scrambled eggs and grilled bacon, which was appreciated by the tourists and business travellers from other countries. If I have the opportunity to come to Grenoble again, I would stay here again.

매우 중심적인 위치, 호텔은 전기 호브, 전자 레인지, 커피 머신 및 주전자의 추가 시설을 갖춘 깨끗한 객실을 제공합니다. 욕조 / 샤워는 좋았고 항상 온수가있었습니다. TV가있는 의자와 테이블 2 개. 방은 고급스럽지 않지만 필요한 모든 것을 갖추고 있습니다. 호텔에서 길 건너편에 약국이 있으며 도보로 가까운 거리에 슈퍼마켓이 있습니다. 상점과도 매우 가까우며 대부분의 관광 명소가 도보로 가까운 거리에 있습니다. 버스와 트램 정류장 근처에 있습니다. 돌아 오는 여행을 위해 기차 / 버스 정류장까지 도보로 약 15/20 분 거리입니다.

Nous avons séjourné au ibis budget seyssins une nuit lors de notre séjour étape en visite dans la famille lors de nos vacances au ski. Très déçu par la prestation proposée, pour preuve une série de mésaventure durant notre nuit. Arrivée à 21h30 pour dormir avec les enfants, nous avons découvert une chambre à la propreté plus que douteuse, le lit mezzanine pas fait, une ventilation qui faisait un bruit de soufflerie d’enfer, climatisation ou chauffage impossible à arrêter malgré le thermostat coupé, une douche ou l’eau chaude arrive au bout de 5 minutes, des traces noires au sol de brûlure de cigarettes partout, le store de la fenêtre qui laisse passer la lumière comme en plein jour, et pour finir une literie très mauvaise car beaucoup trop ferme bref une déception totale. Nous avons demandé à changer de chambre pour le problème du bruit principalement car avec des jeunes enfants qui aime le silence pour s’endormir mais réponse d’une des personnes de l’accueil, Monsieur le bruit dans les chambres est partout pareil, c’est un problème de conception de l’hôtel, euh on a surtout pas voulu s’embêter avec notre demande enfin bref !!! Nous n’avions qu’une hâte c’est d’être au lendemain pour partir et reprendre la route du retour ; nous avons quand même pris le petit déjeuner qui était dirons nous correct pour le prix proposé, rien de plus ni moins en attente avec le standing de l’établissement… À l’avenir lorsque nous devrons nous rendre en étape pour visite dans la famille, nous chercherons un autre hôtel dans le secteur pour dormir. Bien entendu, photos pour preuve de notre déconvenue de cet hôtel…

This hotel is nothing like it’s portrayal or pictures. The rooms are small and cramped with no amenities and no surface to put anything down. I had to continually put my bag on the bed and the cleaning staff took my power cord and electric converter The desk staff was helpful and friendly but there is barely room to change your mind let alone your clothes. The shower shoots across the whole bathroom and the button allowing a less powerful rain bird spray was jammed so the handheld unit which could sand a building was all we could use and the whole room and our stuff took the brunt.
