The front desk staff was friendly during my visit. That said, this was an overall miserable stay. Check-in was wonky since the internet was down and the staff couldn't operate their systems during my stay. One of my card keys didn't work to open my room. The sofa was missing the 2 seat cushions upon my check-in (the front desk apologized and said they were being cleaned). The garbage can under the sink hadn't been emptied from the prior guests. The walls were stained throughout the room. The bathroom cabinetry is chipped and worn. The facial tissue box smelled horribly and I discovered that the box was soaking wet. There is a serious housekeeping issue and lack of quality standards at this property.

Everything was great. Only issue was the printer did not work in the business center in the lobby.

Hotel would not honor the reservation. Told me "we are sold out on the room you paid for...you have to pay more." ******* chat help was super slow. Eventually, I was told hotel was going to honor the rate. Tried to check-in, and was up charged an additional $26. This hotel is bait and switch and ******* continues to deliver poor customer service.

The property is close to GSO airport, like 10 minutes away. The attendants at the front desk during check-in and checkout were very nice. The room was spacious and clean. My issue was when i booked the room it showed the hotel offered shuttle service to the airport which is one reason i selected it. Upon check-in i inquired about the shuttle times only to be told they haven't had shuttle since covid. So I had to Uber which was not a planned cost, considering the room cost and it took a while to find a driver very early on a Saturday morning. Lyft wanted $68 for a 9 min ride 😬.

My family checked into another Hilton hotel in the same area but that hotel did not have the required mobility accessible room type we booked. After moving into 2 different rooms it became apparent that we would have to stay somewhere else. The front desk manager contacted this hotel (Home 2) to see if they had any available mobility accessible rooms available - to which they replied yes. When we arrived I immediately noticed how dirty the lobby and elevator areas were. When we opened the room we realized that we had been given a regular room type. Loaded everything up again and returned to the front desk where we were given an accessible room. The room itself is very spacious but in poor condition. The tub and bench are quite low for transferring to and from a wheelchair. Additionally the faucet for the handheld shower was missing. We contacted the front desk and she explained that it would be the next day before it could be fixed. In the middle of the night we were awoken to a loud noisy coming from the HVAC unit. It seemed that the wind picked up outside and air coming in around the unit made continuous high pitched whistle noises. We made it through the night but when we returned later in the day (next day) no one fixed either problem. Very disappointed!!! See attached pictures.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast does not allow for varying diets with pre-made items, but it looked nice, set up well and area clean. Hotel close to airport, restaurants and shopping. Enjoyed!

Terrific Hotel!!!!!! Great clean room. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Our room had a nice kitchen with a large full refrigerator with a freezer, microwave and dishwasher. The Breakfast was terrific. I loved those homemade waffles. Very near the airport. Highly recommended---we will return.

Outstanding all around, to include the front desk staff, the room, and their morning breakfast buffet (with omelettes, egg sandwiches, cereal, fruit, bagels, and drinks. Also convenient to the airport and lots of restaurants.

Rooms could have been cleaner, there was items left behind and dirt marks. Loved the amenities
