Never ever again vail...... Charmaine wow and the resident for 1r years can all ......... Only person that helped and I didn't get gsighted from was Maddi sad that even then staff hate the manager I U deratand U derr pressure but she swore At me about my food Gail diid I told her it's not the fridge broken it's the sockets I promise she then stormed out threw the other fridge near a bin and I tested the next day Nd it worked so she gave me. Room half full with a puddle that stinkike dirty washing and a..terd ok also the lady that's lived here for 13 years has been a great help but we so much attitude I just don't get why this place is it like it was eight years ago absolutely skates will 900 dollar spent four nights in a hotel that's stinks in the power keeps cutting out every three hours love it

We booked an apartment called 7 Heaven on *********** in the complex. Room was spotlessly clean with all the facilities we needed. Unit was on the 2nd floor overlooking the pool and tennis court. Excellent value for money. Laundry facilities available with disc supplied by caretaker below our unit. Very friendly and helpful. Ideally located to main town areas and restaurants. Very secure gateway to property. Highly recommended

We have stayed here alot over the years and can say the outside area is THE BEST it has ever been with a fortune having been spent in paved areas and flower beds. No more mini golf which is good as the area is fully paved now making it much safer. Didnt see any Drug Dealers and never have. They have the BEST RESTAURANT in town which is why we stay here. Yes the rooms need updating BUT for the price you cannot complain as most of the rooms are privately owned. Our room did not have a extractor fan working in the bathroom or an outside light working at rear but thats not the end of the world

Having read some of the last reviews, I cannot agree. We have stayed here many times over the years and have never found it noisy. The rooms are dated but money is being spent here. This is average accommodation and I must admit that we come here for the Restaurant. Due to staff shortages they dont open for Breakfast now which is a shame. Quite alot of the rooms are privately owned now so the management cannot stop those owners or guests as this is out of their control. Our Air Conditioner was not working but apart from that the rooms were clean and we know that staff are very hard to get now so those that are there should not be abused as they are doing their best. Maybe report the Police to the Police as they should of sent someone

We were recommended to stay here as it was supposed to be quiet and relaxing only to find the total opposite. We stayed in apartment 16 on Saturday the 7th May 2022. We had been to a 70th Birthday that evening, when we arrived back at the unit at 9.30 we were confronted with blaring music coming from apartment 15 next to ours. At 10 pm the music was getting louder at 11pm my partner knocked on their door and ask for the music to be turned down which they did for all of 5 minutes and then continued on until 2-30am. We made numerous calls to reception leaving messages for the to address the problem, the number for security was not connected so we eventually called the police but was told that they were too busy to come out. When we checked out the manager was not interested at all and told us that they cannot control what goes on and that we should have called the police we told her that we did we then ask to be refunded she then told us that it was not her problem that we had no sleep or that there was no one to call to address the problem and refused a refund. Both Charmaine and Gail were both extremely rude and have the worst customer service the I have ever come across. Bathroom is old with mould in the grout, the shower was so small that a large person would hardly fit. The only positive that I could say is the linen was clean and fresh.
