컴포트 인 이스트(Comfort Inn East)

All in all was a great stay, was quiet on the weekend and clean. Downside for the price we paid, you think they would include a coffee machine in the room.

There was construction right outside our room starting at 7:30 am every morning , we didn’t have access to walk outside of our room which as a smoker was very difficult , the noise and people constantly working and heavy machinery right outside our window was extremely frustrating especially since I had my 7 year old daughter being woken up every morning , if I knew this was going on I wouldn’t of booked there , doesn’t seem right to charge people full value for the rooms and not be able to use the full facility , other then that the staff was friendly and no other complaints !

Staff made us tey to unclog our own toilet and when we couldnt they were going to charge us a fee to change rooms.

The rooms were not cleaned very well. there was dirt and dust in all the corners, there was dust along the edges of the night stands. The breakfast could of used a bit more variety.

Any reasonable establishment simply would not allow to make rooms available that had ongoing construction a couple feet above their heads

Have stayed several times as its convenient to where I need to be and serves its purpose to sleep. Bare bones whennit comes to amenities but I usually don’t spend a lot of time in the room. Breakfast this time was not the best, there was nowhere to sit as all tables were full and I had already checked out so couldn’t eat in my room. But overall rooms are clean beds comfortable so that is what I cares the most about. Will stay again.

We spent one night here as we were travelling. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rom was clean. Hotel is close to many restaurants and shopping. It would have been good to know that there were no elevators. They assigned us a room on the second floor. As seniors it was difficult to get our suitcases up the stairs. We didn't request a change and they may have moved us if we had done so. We would stay again, but ask for a ground floor room.

Hotel was fine. Needs to be updated. My main issue was with the bathroom. The small baseboard tiles around the bathroom were filthy on top. I advised front desk on way out. Also inner shower curtain needs replacement. Lastly the mattress was very creaky and on right side where people get in and out of bed the springs have given out. Needs a new mattress.

We went to check in and was told they had no room for us because we had a pet Told the receptionist we booked there because it was a pet friendly hotel She said all they could do is give us a refund On my booking with you guys I also let the hotel know we needed a wheelchair accessible room I was charged an extra 84.00 because we had a dog and had to pay and upgrade to get a bottom floor room because they had no elevator
