Majority of the staff were rude. The waiter at the restaurant was exceptionally rude, the quality of the food mediocre and just to add insult to injury it was served on chipped plates. The room did not have any water, cups/glasses even if you wanted to drink tap water, no kettle, tea or coffee. Garden pretty that’s about it!!

It's a business hotel located in the Hi-Tec zone of Bilbao. Situated in a quit place. The place have a bar and a restaurant. Room was clean and nice. Breakfast was spanish style - and very good. Recommended if it's for a night, especially because it's near the airport

From check in to check out the experience was way beyond what we expected. Travelling from Calais to southern Spain and so glad we found this hotel for a stopover. The room was comfortable, shower perfect, food was amazing and the service was exceptional!! Throughout our 1 night stay we were attended too perfectly by Jose in the restaurant & bar 😊

Traveling from Calais to southern Spain and are we glad that we booked this for an overnight stop! Rooms are comfortable, shower perfect, food amazing (try the pork rib) and the service was exceptional. The overall atmosphere, from booking in, was warm & friendly.

What a gem! We checked in after a 4:00 pm arrival from the US via Dublin. We had been traveling for 20 hours and needed food and a good night’s sleep. The hotel is 10 minutes from the airport. A cab cost 18 euro and an Uber about 12. We checked into 2 SPOTLESS and air conditioned rooms. Bliss.♥️ As the hotel restaurant didn’t open until 8:30pm for dinner- we walked into town and grabbed food (tapas) at a bar. The countryside near the hotel is beautiful. We slept off our jet lag and loved the beds and bedding and giant pillows. The rooms were also SUPER quiet. Our breakfast the following morning was ordered off a menu. The drinks were great and the fruit fresh. The service was quick. It was a perfect spot to land and regroup before tackling Spain! Highly recommend. Great value for the price. And CLEAN!

J’ai retenu cet hôtel qui est assez proche de l’aéroport de Bilbao , 11 mn en voiture et qui offrait aussi un service de restauration. Nous y avons séjourné 1 nuit. Les chambres sont confortables, possibilité de prendre un verre à l’extérieur sous une grande pergola. Le restaurant propose des plats à la carte qui sont très bons et le prix est correct. Je recommande si vous devez prendre l’avion tôt le matin.
