팀블 인(Timble Inn)

We came here for lunch as my husband wanted to try it. I had goat’s cheese and walnut salad- he had cheese and ham toastie. Both were beautifully presented and delicious by a helpful and efficient lady. The china was good quality, the Ladies clean and pleasant ( I do like a nice ‘Ladies’ it tells you a lot about the place) the pub was sparkly and had a nice feel to it. Looking forward to eating dinner there soon. If lunch is anything to go by, dinner will be, a pleasure.

Stumbled across this Inn by chance on the internet; we regularly do a stop over in Yorkshire and decided to give this a go based on reviews of its food. We booked a DBB deal and it was lovely. Beautiful building in peaceful surroundings. Staff were superb! Everything was for your comfort. Beautiful rooms; and the restaurant and food were worth the visit. Well worth a try for the relaxation and quality

The most delicious Sunday lunch I’ve ever had, lamb cooked to perfection, perfect roasties and the tastiest red cabbage, also some truly delightful mint sauce. On the pricier side, however so so worth it and will definitely be back. Amazing waitresses who were fantastic with our 2 year old. If only we could eat here every night. Thank you!

We’ve just returned from a two night mini break at The Timble Inn. We were delighted with the quality of the accommodation - comfortable super-king bed with fresh cotton bedding and pillows that were perfect for our taste. There was more than ample storage space, plenty of hot water, a spacious shower and a well stocked refreshment tray. Our deal included a 3 course ‘residents menu’ which was more than adequate. If we chose to we were able to swop dishes from the a la carte or vegan menu for an appropriate upcharge. All food was delicious and beautifully presented, including a fabulous breakfast. A stand-out feature of this place has to be the staff. So welcoming and attentive to guests needs. Thank you so for a lovely stay.

Lovely stay away at Timble Inn in February 2024. Bedroom was very comfortable and we had a very good night’s sleep. Evening meal was superb - very good quality. Breakfast was ok but nothing exceptional. Staff very friendly. Ideal for a one night break.

This place is a hidden gem !!! Full of character with a luxury modern twist. The rooms are beautifully designed equipped with everything you could need from a great refreshment tray with homemade cookies to good quality toiletries. The staff are excellent nothing is too much trouble. I can honestly say from staying in many 4* / 5* hotels to the Timble inn their attention to detail & customer service is just as good. Excellent value for money ,beautiful location. We are already planning our next visit. Keep up the good work 😊

What can I say? Excellent room Excellent food Excellent staff Excellent place We will be back.! This place came recommended by friends so we decided to treat ourselves. We were not disappointed. The whole place is simply gorgeous and we were made very welcome. Our room in the cottage was very comfortable and warm. The evening meal was a highlight of our stay as the food was very very good. The plum crumble is to die for as is the venison. Front of house staff are exceptionally good and service was quick. Highly recommended and we will be back.

We spent a great night away at this excellent restaurant with rooms in an out of the way location. Our room was warm and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Nice cosy atmosphere in the bar and restaurant areas. Very good food and drink. All in all exactly what we were looking forward to as a post Christmas treat.

We loved your Inn and Timble village is a gorgeous location. The rooms are amazing; so homely and comfortable, and the food was lovely (especially the vegan menu - I'm not usually spoilt for choice!). The Inn is the perfect choice for a cosy, winter stay - extremely friendly staff; gorgeous rooms; lovely, traditional bar/restaurant; and fantastic food. I can't recommend highly enough!
