My husband and I stayed here to celebrate his 40th birthday this past weekend. The B&B exceeded our expectations. It was clean, quiet, with beautiful decor and the staff were very friendly and attentive. Our room was quite large which was a nice surprise. It was decorated to feel very cozy and with comfort in mind. Breakfast each morning was the highlight of our experience there. The yogurt parfait was so good we ordered it both mornings! The location was also hard to beat; right on Main Street in the heart of downtown Great Barrington. Highly recommend nearby Fuel Coffee shop, GB Eats, and Soho Creamery for ice cream. We can’t wait to come back!

The room was clean and stylish! William cooked a fantastic breakfast for us in the morning that was delicious. The location is great and you can explore downtown Great Barrinton withkng walking distance. Super close to Butterut Mountain.

We stayed in the Rustic Retreat which was a large room with a very comfortable bed, large bathroom with walk in shower, a small refrigerator and plenty of storage room. The room was clean, beautifully decorated and smelled fantastic...the whole hotel smelled like a spa! It had a relaxing spa scent in the room and in the hallways. Everyone we dealt with was very pleasant. The elevator from the parking lot made it very easy to get our luggage in and out. The hotel is located right in the heart of Great Barrington, making it very easy to walk to dinner, shopping, etc. Breakfast, which was brought to our room at our requested time, was a delicious continental breakfast with muffins, croissants, yogurt, juice, coffee and more. There was a nice table and chairs by the floor to ceiling windows in our room which gave us a great spot to sit and eat a very relaxing breakfast. We'd definitely consider staying again and would highly recommend this hotel. If I had to struggle to find any suggestions for improvement...maybe brighter lighting in the bathroom for makeup application?

Perfect location in the center of Great Barrington near restaurant and shopping. Easy and convenient parking with keypad entry to elevator. Friendly and caring staff throughout the stay. Large room with a very comfortable bed and sofa. Includes a wonderful breakfast in a memorable setting.

Beautiful little hotel with a phenomenal breakfast and even better service. William was so kind and helped us with recommendations in the area. Location is perfect since it is right in the town and only 20-25 minutes from Lenox which is also fun. 10/10 would recommend.

The Barrington exceeded our expectations in EVERY way. This team understands hospitality and they take in to that next level by anticipating every need. Rooms are impeccably clean and appointed with items not always found in luxe hotels (i.e. small freezer; aroma therapy diffuser; stand fan, to name a few). High ceilings and large windows make the suite feel even larger than it already is (most spacious and comfortable). The suite looks out on Main Street, Great Barrington, but for those who don't wish to look outside, the chunky blinds and heavy drapes will shut the world (and light) out. Breakfast was an elegantly presented meal of fluffy scrambled eggs, choice of bacon or sausage, crostini, a lovely salad of mixed greens with micro greens, dried cranberry bits and a delicious dijon vinaigrette. Thinly sliced and tender cucumber and radish added color to the plate (in addition to an array of colorful tomato halves). Freshly squeezed orange juice and bold coffee rounded out the meal. Add the convenience of being able to walk to the theatre, restaurants, cafes and shops...what more does one need? A few more nights at the Barrington! We will be back.

My wife and I felt so welcomed the minute we walked in the door. The 2 hosts were amazing and totally made us feel at home and they always had smiles. Also breakfest was amazing!! I think maybe the best croissant we ever had. Will be back for sure

We stayed just one night at this unique property and were impressed with how clean and organized everything was. Great communications via email and text kept us up to date on when our room was ready, parking, directions, breakfast etc.. Free parking with a nice exit directly to the main street from our room. We will stay again for sure in the future.

Luke was especially helpful during our stay and made parking duing this holiday season super easy! The room is a charming super styled antique oasis, complete with a stunning 4 post bed, it was the perfect place to rest after enjoying the mountains and the town of GB. We were a bit surprised by the breakfast, or the lack there of. Cold pastries and regular coffee were the only options, no decaf. We have stayed before and had a very different experience, so we were surprised the change. All in all great, just plan a breakfast.
