The restaurants in Grand Case are great but there is a new one that is terrific! We have enjoyed almost every restaurant in Grand Case and Koho is refreshing and delicious. The food was great….simply yummy and it wasn’t about the fois gras. We had a sensational salad, a wonderful lamb shank and my wife had a terrific seafood pie. Sometimes we walk out from dinner stuffed but tonight was plenty but not too much. Also the team there was delightful! Enjoy!

Great location across from beach and on main boulevard so easy walk to restaurants and bars. The biggest of their rooms was great. Loads of space in room , good air con, nice linens . Great decor all over the rooms . The restaurant attached was good, nice vibe, great staff who were fun but efficient and spoke good English.

The KOHO-SXM is right on the Boulevard and close proximity to all the activities in Grand Case. Just a few steps to the beach, to awesome restaurants, to beautiful boutiques, and there's a wonderful restaurant on the first floor of the hotel. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Our room (we had the 2 bedroom) was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The hotel common spaces are well kept with beautiful large plants and landscape. KOHO-SXM is a great choice if you stay in Grand Case- the culinary capital of St. Martin. We will certainly stay there again.

Located in a popular beach town, this hotel is close to the beach, where there is a lot going on and great restaurants, including the restaurant in this hotel. This is a small, reasonably priced hotel with a friendly staff consisting of a family that runs it. It is clean and comfortable.

Koho hotel stood out for its wonderful location in Grand Case near the waterfront and the helpfulness of the family that owns it and the attached restaurant. Our room was both spacious and cozy, clean and airy, adjacent to a secluded courtyard. It also was very quiet in the midst of a very lively environment. Lots of restaurants, bars, clothing shops, and a quick shop for food and drinks nearby. Within easy walking distance of the dinghy dock. We highly recommend this hotel.

Small Affordable hotel in the thick Grand Case. It seems that new ownership just begun and the name is changing to KOHO. The staff are part of the owning family and were extremely helpful with everything. There are lots of fine restaurants nearby, but also relatively low-cost, bakery and other stores. And of course there’s a fantastic beach right across the street

The shower did not drain properly. Standing in water. No sink by toilet so you have to go to shower room to wash your hands, not that uncommon in older buildings. No counter space in by sink in bathroom, TV did not work properly Could use some open garage cans so you don’t have to touch lid to throw things away Not sure how I ended up with a room with 2 bedrooms, and 50E more not what I originally reserved. But I put that on ******* and change of ownership from when I reserved. The new owners are committed to fixing issues they inherited. Don’t let my review discourage you from booking. Very clean and great location in Grande Case and reasonably priced

Very cute boutique hotel, just walking distance from the beach and the restaurants. Alert for you may arrive at a closed door, so contact the property before arrival as for some reason they do not contact you with instructions.
