We booked the Presidential Suite for two nights with a sale price of 518 euros per night including half board. On arrival, there was no one to help with the luggage. The receptionist was friendly during our check-in and pointed to a bar where we could have self-service welcome drinks. The receptionist told us that our luggage would be delivered to our suite. However, they were not delivered in an hour and we had to return to the reception. We found our suitcases lying in the middle of a bigger group of luggage. There was a wrong room tag attached to them. So we took the suitcases and brought them ourselves to the room and could finally unpack them. After that, we went to look out the Privilege pool. We had stayed at this hotel 10 years earlier and this pool has come after that. Here we could find only two tables under the shade. Outside there was a self-service drink station with beer and cava. We had quick beers and returned the same way, the stairs to the third floor. We found the interior Privilege Lounge where we were ten years ago. However, our wristbands didn't open the door. We went back to the reception two floors up and our wristbands were recoded. However, the door to the lounge didn't open, and again up to the reception. The new receptionist told us we had no access to this lounge because we had booked only half board. This lounge is only for all-inclusive guests. However, the room description says that ALL Privilege Services are included for the guests staying in the Presidential Suite. We never saw someone sitting inside this lounge. There are nicer pool bars and other bars where all-inclusive guests can have their drinks and also get bigger snacks the lounges usually serve. However, we didn't get access to the lounge. Luckily, we finally found a small although quite dull lounge attached to the Privilege pool. How fancy it is to have your drinks from plastic cups. Because of the pool, this lounge doesn't have proper glasses. After returning from the dinner, I started wondering where is our welcome gift. We had three reasons for that. Firstly, I am a H10 Club member. Secondly, Privilege guests should get a welcome gift and thirdly guests staying in a Presidential Suite at a five-star hotel usually get some kind of attention. However, there were only three water bottles lying on the table. No welcome cards could be seen or even the cocktail coupon included on the lowest level of the H10 Club. At this point, I sent a second email to the reception. The first one before the dinner was about the misleading information that all Privilege services are included. The cocktail coupon was pushed under the door at 22:00. Also I got a reply that our welcome gift would be delivered tomorrow. The next day coming back to the room, there was a water bottle, a small H10 Club box of s
