The property looks a bit rundown, but everything worked well and our room was generally clean and comfortable. A new bathmat and a microwave in the room or another way to heat water for tea and coffee (we didn't trust the Keurig in the hall) would have improved the experience, but we did enjoy our stay and would stay again in the future.

Avoid this Inn. I was informed in a text that I had been upgraded to a deluxe room which made me wonder what the previous room had been like. From the unattended, small, and unwelcoming entry area to the mold on the bathroom ceiling, the sp**** lighting in the room, the mismatched furniture, and the poorly lit hallway, the Grafton Inn seemed like a movie setting and not in a good way. There was toothpaste residue in the bathroom sink. The closet had 2 wire hangers and one metal and rubber one. Though I was sent a text showing me where the key lockbox was and the code, I wasn’t told that you had to push 2 switches simultaneously to open the box. Someone finally appeared to help after I phoned. On the positive side, the room was large, and quiet with a very comfortable bed and it had a nice view of the common. The water became hot quickly in the shower. Overall, very disappointing and it reminded me of student hostels. The restaurant is still “closed for reservations.”

For those looking for that old school charm, this is the place. Right in the center of historic Grafton. 👍👍

This is a beautiful old in that needs lots of love. Needs a full renovation. There was no one to greet us and our room had not been cleaned. The grill is closed for renovations. Hopefully the same is coming for the hotel.

Pretty great property at an affordable rate, I'm fully convinced the building is *******, but that adds to the charm

Grafton inn was very accommodating at a time when we really needed it! We needed to be out of our place for a deleading project with our cats!! They let us bring our cats and let us check in as early as possible. On the last day we were told we could go into our house until 4! When I asked if we could stay a little longer, they said it was no problem and didn’t even charge us extra! We will definitely be keeping them in mind for next time! Some tips about the room: The bed was comfortable. It has a mini fridge. Bring your own shower supplies. And only get take out that you are ok eating cold because there’s no microwave. Overall a great stay!

I was a solo woman traveler, and I stayed at this property for one night. The room was clean and the host was very responsive. The location was loud because of traffic but I felt safe there. The restaurant was closed for renovations so I had to eat dinner off site but renovations are good for any business. I was looking forward to eating dinner at the hotel and will do so if I return to that location.

Good communication and excellent customer service. It would have been convenient if the restaurant was open.

No services, no vending, no room cleaning, no soundproofing, poor lighting, dirty upholstery and carpets, torn towels. Otherwise excellent!
