My husband and I visited Turks and Caicos for the first time to celebrate a big milestone birthday. The Grace Bay Club was a perfect place to do so. We stayed on the residence side which is very quiet (actually the entire resort was quiet) but given it was the first week of January it was quite quiet. Leaving two very high-stressed jobs back home my husband I spent the first two days staring at the water. Not reading, not talking, hardly eating. Our souls needed time for silence and restoration. This was achieved. The water color cannot be explained. It is the most beautiful array of blues I’ve ever witnessed. Pictures will never show its true majesty. The sound of the waves makes you fall asleep. I was greeted one night in my room with birthday balloons, delicious cake and champagne and a bottle of wine. I also received free dessert at dinner the first two nights to celebrate. Thanks to Fredna and Fritz for making me feel special. Fritz and Fredna were our personal Concierges and they made sure we had everything we needed. My husband became very ill and they got us in touch with the on call physician for the resort and to a clinic the next day along with a ride there. The GM called us to make sure he was OK. Everyone was so kind and concerned. All fake? Nope. Not for a minute. This IS Grace Bay Club. It’s a community of guests and staff and if you can get yourself to slow down and join in, you find yourself being swept up into island time and feeling like you are living in a small quaint town where you know everyone. You will not be able to push your frantic stressed out lifestyle on these people. Instead, they will slow you down so your soul can be restored. Which leads me to the reviews I’ve read and caused me concern before I got there. Regarding service. How do I say this without offending anyone. If you think you are going to make them move faster, bring your drink sooner, deliver perfection to you at the snap of your fingers, then you are missing out on the whole point of being there. You are bringing your high stressed life to a place that refuses to buy into that way of thinking. And if they DID it would ruin your stay. So all the complaining about waiting - that’s on you. I feel bad that you couldn’t (yes couldn’t - it’s a choice) get to enjoy the greatest gift of all - no time constraints. To Amado & Jim on the beach, we will miss you most of all. Thank you for helping us decompress. For excellent margaritas and good conversation. For caring about my husband when he was sick. Garth, for finding those diet cokes when we needed them so badly. For Sonny and Stanley at breakfast, we enjoyed getting to know you both. Your smiles always brightened our days. I know I’m forgetting names but thank you to all the staff. We noticed. We haven’t even left yet, but I’m already giving Grace Bay Club a 5-star review because I’m confident I’ll feel the same way when we leave in three days, and we’ll definitely be back next year! My husband and I came here to celebrate my 30th birthday, our 1-year wedding anniversary, and our babymoon, a 3-in-1 celebration, and Grace Bay Club has made it so special from the moment we arrived. From the personal concierge service (you can text them at any time) to the incredibly spacious Estate Junior Residence (which was spotless!), every detail of our stay has been amazing. We especially appreciated the thoughtful design of the resort, plenty of families with kids, but also an adults-only section that stayed peaceful and very quiet throughout our visit. It’s exciting to know we can return with our little one in the future and that there will be plenty for them to enjoy! Every single staff member we encountered went out of their way to make us feel welcome, always greeting us warmly throughout the day. We also have to give a special shoutout to the sweet gentleman who cares for the four gorgeous resort cats (Charlie, Diana, Elizabeth and Margaret). He told us how they were rescued and adopted by Grace Bay Club after being abandoned and scheduled to be put down. It’s such a heartwarming story, and I love that the resort gave them a second chance at life. I pray they’re still here when we return!! Thank you, Grace Bay Club, for being such a perfect escape from the cold…. We’re already so looking forward to coming back! And next time, we’re bringing our entire families so they can experience it too!

WE had an amazing experience at GBC! The people were fabulous. The room was gorgeous and the food was excellent. Many thanks goes out to our concierge team, Patrick and Tiffany. Kudos to Franklyn for managing a sticky situation. The fun trophies go to Amanda, Sweet Fred and Melissa as well as the sweet girl who waited on us at the Infiniti bar twice and shame on us, we did not get her name, but her smile is oh so memorable!! If you need a car and driver to take you dinner or provide airport service,ask for Demon from Island Buzz. He was on time and delightful.

Amazing experience. Staff is very friendly and I love the peace that this place project. Perfect for the vacation . They think about everything. The details of each corner and the food is really amazing. The infinity bar has the best sushi and mash room pizza ever. . I love them!

My family and I are frequent guests at the Grace Bay Club. I am often asked by friends and colleagues why do we always travel to Turks and Caicos and stay at GBC. I always respond “ they have beautiful accommodations, excellent food and beautiful beaches”. But this is not what keeps me coming back. It’s the people that work at GBC that make this place extra special. From the second you arrive you are welcomed by warm smiles and hugs. They truly enjoy taking care of your every need. This is done in a relaxed atmosphere that is not intrusive. The ownership and management team have inspired these individuals to treat their guests like members of their own families. If you love relaxation as much as I do. Traveling to a place that you are welcomed as a member of their family and your most difficult decisions of the day are, do I go to the beautiful pool, stunning beach or play golf for the afternoon is my idea of a perfect vacation. Just relaxing by the beach with one of Garth and Andre’s fantastic cocktails or enjoying a delicious relaxing open air dinner at Infinity (the Sushi is some of the best I have had) are a couple of the things that makes GBC so special and will keep me coming back!!

We are experienced travelers and have had the opportunity to vacation all over the world. So when I say that the Grace Bay Club is our favorite resort on earth it should not be taken lightly. First the rooms are gorgeous with amazing ocean/beach views. The beach itself has consistently been voted the best in the world and the water is a color that blows my mind. So beautiful. The ambience of the resort especially at night is INCREDIBLE!. We particularly enjoyed the manager's cocktail party on Tuesday nights and spending evenings at the infinity bar. We love eating at the bar!!. The staff has now become family as this was our 9th time to the Grace Bay club. Special kudos to Mel the Director of rooms, Ramsey and Trey who met our every need and were our butlers for the 2 weeks and Ives at the adult pool!!! Breakfast is included and everyone we encounter at the grill greets us with a hug and a "Welcome Home". The staff is absolutely the best part. We can't wait to go back. Love you Grace Bay Club!!!

Everything about our stay at Grace Bay Club was amazing. The conceirge before I arrived helped book dinners and airport transfers. Check in was smooth and relaxing. Our room was amazing. The grounds are stunning! Every single staff member who we interacted with was so kind and caring and it truly was an amazing trip. Can’t wait to go back.

We recently returned from a week's stay at the Grace Bay Club. We were a multi-generational party (Grandparents, Parents and Kids) and stayed in a 3 bedroom unit. The unit was large, nicely appointed with an incredible view of the ocean from a large deck. With 3.5 bathrooms there was never a long wait to take a shower at the end of the day. The location on Grace Bay is fantastic. Grace Bay is one of the prettiest beaches we've ever been to. The Grace Bay Club has a tremendous amount of beach frontage (compared to other neighboring resorts such as the Ritz or Seven Stars) so that there are always plenty of beach chairs and everyone gets the front row. Pools - there is an adults only pool (quieter) and a family pool with a swim up bar. Our group took advantage of both and even though the resort was very full (it was a vacation week) we never had a problem getting pool chairs. They did run out of fresh towels a couple of times but they were replenished without too long of a wait. Dining - The breakfast buffet is excellent and includes a range of baked goods, cereals, yogurt, hot entrees, fruit, salads and juices. In addition you can order custom eggs, pancakes and french toast. Everything was fresh and tasty. OffShore is a restaurant on the beach with a fun bar and tacos. We liked the snapper tacos and chicken tinga tacos. The bar staff were very friendly. Krave - located near the Estates Section of the resort - was open only for lunch but we enjoyed some salads there on a couple of occasions. Infiniti is excellent. We needed a reservation as it was completely full most nights. The seafood dishes were outstanding. The Grill has some nice lunch options (sushi and gazpacho were very good) and more basic dinner items. The kids enjoyed the brink oven pizza. We are also a short walk from a number of other dining options - we easily walked to Coco Van (fun for the kids), The Deck (ocean front dining at Seven Stars) and Solana (ocean front dining at the West Bay Club next door). Service - everyone was very friendly to our group. The pool attendants knew which chairs to set up for us each day and the housekeeping staff were always asking if we needed anything. While the Grace Bay Club is pricey, for our multi-generational group we felt it was worth it and was one of our best family vacations.

We have been staying at Grace Bay Club for many years and The Grill is one of our favorite restaurants! The food, the casual atmosphere and mainly the staff, Anie, Tracey and especially the manger, Tavares all outstanding. Tavares makes you feel like family. His friendly personality makes your day. I would recommend The Grill to anyone. You won't be disappointed!

I'd like to start off by saying that we all know travel has become very expensive. It's simply a matter of supply and demand, and if you're looking for a luxury experience you need to accept its going to be pricey. We stayed for a week. The resort is absolutely beautiful. It has one of the nicest beaches I have ever seen, and I would certainly include Thailand in the scope of that statement. The size and quality of the room was excellent. We had a two-bedroom suite for a family of four with a kitchen. Even the appliances were new and well maintained. Sunsets over this beach are magical. It simply doesn't get any better. What would prevent me from giving this resort 5 stars: 1) The staff is inconsistent and some even rude. They had some kind of towel shortage at the pool while we were there (imagine that! 30K for the week and you can't get towels). After the second day in which I couldn't get a towel, I politely expressed to the towel handler that it was getting a little ridiculous. His response to me with a snarl, "make a report sir". The hit or miss of service extends to the restaurants as well. This is not a matter of staffing levels as it seems the hotel is very well staffed, its an attitude many of the staff seem to be carrying around with them. Its an attitude I don't care for at all. I will say that our personal concierge was wonderful and attended to all our needs. 2) The food at the restaurants is "okay". This may be an unfair criticism, as I don't think anyone would commend the Caribbean for its gastronomy. However, if you are thinking that somehow the restaurants on this resort are "elevated" above other places, you will be disappointed. The restaurants are also outrageously expensive for what you are receiving. Again, I don't have a problem with outrageously expensive, I just expect a satisfying meal. I can recall paying $60 for one jumbo prawn. In summary, its a great resort. If you come prepared or can otherwise accept 1 and 2 above, you will be delighted. Service is really important to me. I enjoyed my time, but I will not likely want to go back.

One of the nicest properties in the Islands----everything is first rate---beautiful grounds, friendly staff, the beach among the best, food is great and the rooms are lovely. We were struck by how many guests had been so many times before which is a strong testament to the quality of the operation. Turks and Caicos is a nice island.

This was my first time visiting Turks and Caicos and I came with a girlfriend. This is quite possibly the best vacation I’ve ever taken. And it is entirely due to our experience at the Turks and Caicos Grace Bay club. At the airport, we were received by a hospitality agent from the club, who stayed with us until our driver came. We were then welcomed at the club by very welcoming front desk staff. Shortly after this, we were given a welcome drink, and then we met our personal concierge team, Antonio and Trey. Antonio gave us a tour of the property, and arranged for our bags to be delivered to the room. The stay was one of the most relaxing and enjoyable experiences I’ve had and I have traveled around the world and stayed at many different hotels and resorts. Our room was beautiful and spacious, and the housekeeping staff are meticulous. The number of available excursions both complementary and those that you can pay for and arrange off of the property were numerous. Antonio and Trey helped us arrange private horseback riding and sunset sail. Anytime we had any questions or concerns, Antonio and Trey were there to answer us and help us through WhatsApp and in person. The use of the WhatsApp chat was extremely helpful and convenient. They also came by to see us at breakfast (which was included in our stay) every day and made sure that we were comfortable and happy. They also made reservations for us at restaurants when we weren’t able to arrange them ourselves. The facilities are amazing, the pool at the adults only building was so enjoyable, the resort itself was actually very quiet for the week. We even managed to enjoy the estate pool due to some very helpful staff. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The food was excellent, including the Infinity restaurant which we visited multiple times. We also enjoyed a complimentary cocktail party and afternoon tea. We also enjoyed relaxing massages and treatments at the spa. The gym was also very nice with lots of equipment including peloton bikes and tread, an attendant and fresh towels (Dry and cooling) as well as water and some fruit. Antonio and Trey really went above and beyond when our flight home was unexpectedly canceled, and were able to arrange for us to return to our room, after we had checked out, and helped us get some rest during what became a very long travel back home. They are both friendly, responsive, professional and very very nice. I would without hesitation stay here again, and plan to in the near future. While the resort and staff were top notch, it was Antonio and Trey that really took our experience to the next level. Thank you both!!!

Grace Bay Club is a wonderful and uncompromised resort. The staff are warm and professional and we feel like we are home when we are there. In particular, Tiffany and Sunny greet you each day with a smile and a warm demeanor. This was our fourth time staying at Grace Bay Club. We can’t wait to come back again next year.

Been going to TCI for about 17 years. Stayed at Grace Bay Club the last 8 years. We love GBC. They have 3 sections to this resort. While it sounds big, it really isn’t. They have an Estate section, secluded and exclusive to the guest staying there. The Hotel section, adult only with an adult only pool. And the Villas section, family friendly with a family pool. This resort is 100% ocean facing units. Personal concierge service if you choose to use them. They help you with anything you should need. I used them as well as my husband. They set up balloons ,cake and champagne for my daughters graduation from graduate school and a whole shindig for my 60th bday (thank you Patrick and Austen for this) GBC has an inclusive delicious breakfast with made to order any kind eggs. The breakfast staff is always lively. Junie, Christopher, Sonny, Rachael , Beatrice and everyone that works there! The beach is always quiet. The pools are wonderful with pool and beach attendants, Yeves, Moses, Jerry, Fitz and others. Infiniti Bar was our go to place for lunch most days! Pauline is a GEM. Thank you Pauline for always taking care of us. It’s much appreciated!!! Making my bday very special and my daughters graduation too. Daily and evening houskeeping always a good experience. Stocking fridge with water on a daily basis. Making sure our unit is cleaned and stocked. . Champagne and wine that GBC leaves is a plus. Highly recommend GBC. What I love the most about GBC is even at capacity, it does not feel crowded at all. Very quiet resort. In the evening we love Infiniti bar. It’s a beautiful laid back spot to just hang and have a drink. Included are non motorized water sports. Hobie Cat, kayaks, and SUPboards. Kids and Teen Club available for children looking for a break from parents;)
