What can I say, this place is spectacular! The views are amazing and the beach is beautiful, the rooms are really well maintained and really comfortable! The staff at the front desk, Lorraine and Linda are so nice and easy to work with and they make sure you are accommodated correctly! The beach staff Edna, and Jaqueline were so awesome and super friendly that made the experience even better, I can’t wait to come back!

We just returned from 9 days at the Regent Grand. We have always wanted to go to Turks and this was a last-minute trip which I booked with Lorraine at the front desk. Lorraine is amazing, she is so courteous and provides top-notch customer service to her guests. She called to check in on me a couple of times when I was there and provided breakfast coupons to a great little French place around the corner, which was delicious & arranged our transportation to & from the airport. Lorraine became a valued resource for my future trips to Turks as I wouldn’t hesitate to call her to book in future. We had a pool view room, which was very spacious and private with a huge balcony. The pool was mostly empty because most go to the beach. The beach is quiet and very relaxing with serene views. Jacklyn the beach attendant was phenomenal, he took care of us with water and was so attentive each day. He was on it if people walking on the beach sat on the hotel chairs he quickly moved them along politely and even stopped a kid from getting in the water when his mom stepped away so he was always looking out for the guests. Housekeeping was very good. We had a freshly changed bed each day with lots of towels and bathroom essentials, and the kitchen and bathroom was very well appointed with everything you need. Some don’t like that it’s not a full service hotel, We loved that there was no hustle and bustle, it was quiet and there’s such great restaurants within walking distance of it. We love The Farm restaurant next-door and the Ritz has lots of options. We walked to restaurants all within a 20 minute walk. Thank you, Lorraine and crew, we can’t wait to return ❤️

Perfect place for rest and relaxation. The staff here make you feel very welcomed and they are very responsive. We stayed in a pool view two bedroom. The balcony overlooking the pool was perfect for morning coffee and reading a book. The suite had everything you need if you want to cook. Beach access was easy and the staff on the beach always had water, chairs ready for you and a smile to greet you. We loved this quiet area of Grace Bay. The breakfast that was included, even thought outside the resort, was always delicious. Everything you need is a quick walk. We have stayed all inclusive in Grace Bay, but this time enjoyed trying all the nearby restaurants. We would definitely love to visit again!

The Regent Grand is such a Beautiful property!! We stayed a week to celebrate our 30th Anniversary. We had such a wonderful time! STAFF: All the staff was so nice and made our stay special. The front staff Lorraine, Lorna, Linda were always helpful & nice and made us feel welcome. The beach staff John and Randall were amazing...they were attentive and friendly and whatever we needed they were there. They are also so helpful and informative. These guys work so hard and are loyal to the property, owners & guests! CONDO: We had a one bedroom one bath condo oceanfront on the first floor. It has a full size kitchen, dining room, living room and laundry in the unit. You have wifi in the room and on the beach. They provide coffee, soaps, shampoo/conditioner, laundry soap. Daily cleaning service (we only used it 3x didn't need our place cleaned everyday) and they also do a turn down service and leave water for the night. Such a nice touch. It is like a home away from home. PROPERTY: This property does not have a restaurant (they don't advertise that they have one...so not sure what the negative reviews were about that) But not having restaurant on the property is a non issue because there are lots of restaurants, coffee shops within a few minutes walk and a couple literally steps away from the entrance. Front desk will give lots of recommendations but all the food here in TCI are yummy! The property does have drinks and a small lunch menu while you're on the beach. The guys will bring you free water bottles while you are at the beach as well. These condos are owner owned so you will see owners and renters here, but everyone we have met are equally nice. The beach is amazing...the most beautiful turquoise waters in the world and the softest sand. TIPS: Bring bug spray the mosquitos are annoying and plentiful. Restaurants close by to try...Shay Cafe- good coffee and yummy crepes. (Next door) Caribbean Element, Pizza Pizza, Coyaba, CoCo Bistro, Indigo, Mr Grouper (all the restaurants we tried are good)

Our experience at the Regent was wonderful. The place is just majestic. The staff was very helpful, everyone seem to be very happy And enjoyed being there, which is not the case at a lot of places that we have been. The room was very, very nice. The grounds were immaculately kept and the pool was absolutely beautiful. My wife and I would highly recommend going as a couple, as a large family, or a small, small family with small children. Everything was very safe. The beach is super close to the building, and was absolutely wonderful. There were some water sports that we participated in that picked us up less than 50 yards away from where we were sitting. The food was wonderful everywhere we went. We have been to several places around the world and the region is just top notch. We will be back.

The room we stayed in was amazingly beautiful and well appointed and the view was unparalleled! Access to the beach was easy and the pool was beautiful! We ended up cooking a few meals and the kitchen was fully stocked with good quality pots/pans/cutlery etc. The beds were very comfortable. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. If we had wanted, our room would have been serviced every day with fresh coffee, towels, etc which was a nice option to have.

Great location,wonderful staff Pool/beach team looked after us like family. Great central location for restos. Super grocery store near by. Use local taxi,s..VIP airport service very expensive given the short distance. We will go back again.

The absolute best resort. Rooms were clean, staff were friendly. Resort was beautiful. Al rental car was not required, resort was located near all shops and restaurants but far enough for privacy. Definitely will be back soon. Weather was perfect !!

Amazing stay!! So peaceful, clean and quiet! The resort is absolutely beautiful and after dining in some of the other nice resorts on the island- this one is by far the most scenic. The staff is so incredible and friendly! Perfect end of summer vacay with my boyfriend. Will be back.
