미라지 파크 리조트 - 올 인클루시브(Mirage Park Resort-Ultra All Incl.)

Stayed in this hotel for 7 nights in the beginning of October in a standard double room. This hotel has nice premises and quite good rooms and the opportunity to be a great hotel, but, in my opinion, management fails to deliver... Once we arrived to the hotel, we were early, around 1200-1230 and they gave us bracelets, and offered to enjoy all the services, but we had to wait for the room till the official check-in time 1500. It was quite strange because it did not feel to be fully booked or extra busy, but let it be. Once we got room cards, we had to look for luggage, which was just placed outside the hotel (very strange and did not feel safe), but let it be. Room was a decent size, good bed and all around in good shape and clean. Extra funny was to see the declaration being eco friendly, sustainable hotel, but all amenities in the room (like ear buds and etc) was packed in double plastic packages, in the room we had one time use carton cups. It was anoing during shower that water temperature was changing, but i guess it was some sunn heated boilers, so lets say its eco. Talking about the restaurant, all week all meals were more or less the same. The quality of the food was decent, but during 7 nights stay none of the meal was worth mentioning. Some was tastless, some was low quality, some was ok, every day we found something, but if just one day we had lunch in main restaurant, it says a lot.. The best was the pancakes lady in pool bar and olives in the main restaurant. The animation team, in my opinion very weak, the main guy (blond) was so arrogant, but we decided to ignore him and spend time in the beech, so not worth mentioning. Most aoing was inconsistency with drinks and housekeeping. If you leave tips in the room, you will get the minibar refiled, and carton cups added if used, but if you do not leave tips, you will get a thing, just made up bed :) if you tip barmen, you can get international drinks, if you dont, you will be served just local drinks. I was tipping first 3 days, got international drinks, then shifts changed, and they did not knew me and started to serve local drinks. Even one day i could no get any normal drink apart of beer and my women could not get anything because she do not drink Turkish drinks... I have to admit, the only employee worth mentioning was guest relations ladies. All in all, this hotel has great potential, it could be a great place because has good premises, but management has to do better. Also, i do not think it is ok to advertise hotel of serving international drinks once it serves just 5-6 international drinks and rest is for an extra charge.. Im my opinion, if this hotel will not change policy of serving international drinks, it is not worth the money, we stayed in Crystal Aura with the same international drinks approach, but catering was 10 times better for the same price. PS not so many russians big plus

It was the 2nd time we went to Mirage Park for a vacation. It's a great family-oriented resort with everything you may need right on the premises. What we loved the most - nice, green territory, ZOO!! (my daughter loves it), the location - not too far from the airport and just 10 min taxi ride to Kemer. Food is great, bars serve good quality drinks + there's a Starbucks stand, and you also get ice cream at lunch at the caffe and beach bar + at most dinner services. I also love the variety of fresh fruit offered - the watermelons and melons are delicious! Besides, there's a gym with a SPA and indoor pool where you can swim after the sauna and hammam relaxation. The service is very nice everywhere - in bars, cafes and all over the resort. The activities are plentiful and my 6 yo enjoyes the day Kids club and evening disco parties ) The only thing that 'd mention as a minus is that some rooms may need renovation, but the resort is working on that constantly. Our verdict: great resort for a decent price. We are going back this August as well - already booked! )

Thats amazing otel. It's so comfortable and relaxing. The food and drinks perfect. Room cleaning is so good. The personel so kind and friendly. I like this otel and I'm so happy. I recommend it to everyone of course. Glad we chose. 😊😊😊😌😊😊😊😊😊😊

the best hotel I have ever stayed , The staff was so friendly and helpful . The kitchen was second to none , every meal was like a festival .I got the feeling of michelin star restaurant. The rooms were very clean and user friendly. Very spacious bath and shower made my stay more comfortable . On top all pools spa and nature was marvelous . I am dreaming to be there again coming summer ...

Çok güzel otel , açık büfede genelde yemekler özensiz olur. Ancak burası çok iyiydi . Tüm personel çok yardımcı ve kibarlardi. Otelin temizliği ust düzeyde. Aysel hn ve diğer çalışanlar çok profesyonel ve yardım sever. Denizi ve havuzları çok iyi

We had a great time at Mirage Park Resort in Kemer, Antalya. The hotel is by a beautiful beach surrounded by green mountains. The management is very professional always seeking for customer satisfaction. Rooms are very clean and beds are very comfortable. Ultra delicious food and beverages and excellent service make you feel you unique. Entertainment and evening concerts are extra-ordinary. I recommend the hotel to everyone. The staff was nice. The bedrooms were clean. They cleaned every day.The food and the drinks were great.The beach was clean and the pool too. They also served drinks and food near the pool.Best trip i ever had I loved the trip and i consider going again.

One of the best hotels I've ever visited. The personnel is so attentive and caring. I would love to go there once again. You can watch the sunset and sunrise near the beach. The air is fresh. The landscape is beautiful. There is a small zoo, kids playground with wonderful two carers about your kids, food is delicious.

It was such an extraordinary experience. I would like to recommend it to everyone who wants a great vacation. It will be a great place for families or couples. Wonderful place, perfect people. Everything was unexpectedly good. It also gives you perfect both alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages and great food. Highly recommended!
