Very nice family hotel and good value for money. Standard rooms are good, large and comfortable. Renovation is needed, but housekeeping ladies are doing great job, although they are understaffed. Hotel premises are in beautiful greenery and 5 min walk to the beach was not a problem at all. Shuttle service is excellent, as well. Beach is clean with a nice restaurant. Food is average, a bit repetetive, but you will never stay hungry. Drinks’ offer is not good and this segment really needs improvement. Italian A la carte takes ages to be booked, do not waste time and patience, beacuse the food is not even average. Pools are nice, clean and spacious. Aqua park is also very good. Entertainment team is doing a gret job. All in all, we left satisfied. We had more “issues” in another Kiliit group hotel, which was at least 50% more expensive. So for this money, they are doing quite a nice job.

We had an unforgettable experience staying at the Crystal Prestige Hotel Kemer. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, the courteous and professional staff at this hotel went above and beyond to provide us with the best service. The abundant beauty and tranquility of this hotel, along with its exceptional amenities and stunning design, created a truly unique experience for us. It can be said that the Crystal Prestige Kemer is not just a hotel, but a beautiful and amazing world that must be experienced.

My parents took me and my younger siblings to this hotel has September and we had a fantastic time. There are some pros and cons to consider for this "five star" hotel however. The pros: - The rooms are absolutely lovely, me and my siblings shared a family room and it was great. We had 2 bathrooms, which had a modern but nice design, hardwood staircases, lovely bathroom, always kept clean and an all inclusive minibar. We also had a view of some mountains in kemer from our balcony. - Great selection of bars open 24/7, one serving freshly made food all night. Fantastic selection of drinks with a wide selection of well known spirits. I have no complaints on the drinks offered. - The entertainment was amazing, some of the best I've seen in hotels. They curate genuinely amazing shows with really talented performers eg circus performers (acrobatics, rope work). Every performance was packed so get there early to snag yourself a good seat. After the main show is over they have musicians at the beach bar which is a great chance to unwind. - The beach is great and they have beach buggies that go from the main hotel area to the beach every few minutes. I would recommend going in the evening when the sea has had all day to heat up and the sun is setting slightly. Going with my brother one evening to check it out turned out to be my favourite evening. - The water park is open most the day and its super fun. You can have a few drinks and ride some slides and its a great time. The employers who help run the slides are friendly and fun. - There are many excursions that run from the hotel and we had a great time. This holiday was one my family wanted to prioritise experiences so we did quite a few activities. We went white water rafting on a coach from our hotel to some nature area and it was very fun. Also at the beach they offer your basics, like jet skiing which i loved and my favourite which was a boat trip where they do some stops for you to swim in the warm Turkish sea. Was honestly an amazing experience. Cons - The food was really lacklustre. It was okay. But for a five star hotel, i expected better food. It was hard to find quality food, I've had way better options at 4 star hotels in Spain or Greece, and in other 5 star hotels in turkey the food has been out of this world, genuinely just amazing. It surficed but it was quite disappointing. It would of been nice to have some authentic Turkish food. - Although a lot of the staff were nice and helpful a lot of them i took issue with. Minor issue, a lot of the staff couldn't really speak English which isn't a massive issue however it leads to miscommunication and its sometimes difficult to ask for directions and stuff. This wasn't a major issue, i appreciate that these employees are trying their best. However i really did take issue with some staff. Firstly, the bar staff can be quite inappropriate. I went to the night bars without my family some nights to get a drink and relax when i couldn't sl

Amazing complex with fantastic service. Our family absolutely loved everything about the holiday. Definitely recommend this hotel chain. Staff are amazing and everyone so friendly and professional. Memories made for a lifetime.

The hotel may have aged, but the staff puts in a great effort. They are very kind, always with a smile, and incredibly helpful. The animation team is fantastic, EREN has become a great friend, and we had a lot of fun. In the evenings, they always make sure people have a good time. The food is excellent, we never had to take any medication for stomachaches. There's just so much food everywhere, but it's very well-prepared. Thank you very much for the wonderful time with you. As a family, we felt very comfortable there.

The territory of the hotel is large enough and divided into different parts. The pool area for smaller children is separated by a fence which seemed sensible and safe. Water tubing for the more daring is also quite close. A good solution if it is necessary to monitor the older and younger children of the family. In addition, there are quieter areas with pools for adults. Nice staff. They are always there and make sure that the guests have everything they need. You can eat and drink from morning to night. The beach area is a short walk away, accessible over the bridge. In addition, there is a bus every 15 minutes. Every evening there is a program for children and later for adults. The night disco is next to the beach area, which is perfect for those who want to enjoy a peaceful night's sleep. We felt that everything was considered in the hotel. If we were to return to Turkey, I would definitely consider staying at the same hotel or another Crystal hotel.

From our experience we can say that this is a hotel that meets all expectations. The service is perfect, the cleanliness is impeccable. There's also no time of day when there's no food, drinks or no fun. We have been staying at this hotel for the second year in a row and we are very happy.

Amazing hotel brilliant staff very friendly always happy to help entertainment team amazing . Food brilliant plenty of choice nothing too much trouble plenty too do for the family we range from 3 years too 60 years old .lots if pools .plenty to do outside hotel if you want to go for a walk .kemer is close by and worth visiting.

Absolutely lovely hotel, food range is good although we have fussy children so they kind of stuck to what they know, chips anyone? Rooms was lovely and spacious we had a family duplex although we would have preferred the double bed to be downstairs and the kids upstairs because of the balcony etc, but we made it work. Fridge was restocked everyday and although we hung our towels these was changed everyday cannot fault the house keeping and general cleanliness/tidiness of the hotel. Staff was very friendly and accommodating most spoke some English but not that good which was sometimes a struggle but manageable. We left our daughters dummy at breakfast one morning spoke to guest relations and it turned up in our room the next day (we only had a couple with us so was eager to get it back). Overall was a lovely hotel would say it needs some updating some areas looked a bit shoddy for it being a 5 star hotel but as I said it was a lovely week away. The only issue we had was the constant pouncing of spa staff everyday. Offering different services etc which we was not keep to take up the offer but never the less they would still come round the pool everyday. Also the hair salon they would do the same thing and although we did use this on our last day for our daughter for the price it cost it wasn’t worth it at all she took it out the following day! I must say the photographers do pounce everyday BUT they do amazing photos we had a few done by the pool but was keen to have some evening shots done. They did not disappoint we loved them all but managed to choose 10 from the hundreds they took. Lovely people in the shop no pressure to buy or anything and the photo shoot is free!! Photos was €8 each which I thought was very reasonable for the quality of them editing any was no trouble either. One thing I would suggest is to take euros or dollars they do not favour Turkish Lira at all and you end up paying so much more for stuff using the Lira which was unfortunate. Overall I would recommend this hotel to families for sure!
