드림스 코르푸 리조트 & 스파 - 올 인클루시브(Dreams Corfu Resort & Spa - All Inclusive)

This Hotel was beyond belive, compared to the original hotel we were in the Nissaki Beach Hotel, which we had to be moved from, this Hotel The Dreams Resort and spa was paradise and more it was Disabled Friendly, The Bedrooms was outstanding with a wonderful sea view, the Bathroom was like a Double room size with handrails and emergency cord fitted,scales, telephone included in the bathroom, extra large quality towel, bathrobes and slippers,Umbrella in wardrobe,kettle,mini bar that was refilled everyday,expresso coffee machine with coffee pods, Large smart tv,in my previous review I was not trying to bad mouth this Hotel, all the negatives things I mentioned was about issues I had with my previous Hotel that we had to leave and in no way about the Dreams Resort and spa

Location - Beautiful location and hotel grounds. Not much around it but just a 20 minute stroll to a marina and little pebble beach. Also 20 minute taxi ride to Corfu town. Hotel/Room - Everywhere was clean and staff friendly. We stayed preferred club so had a separate lounge with reception, drinks, food and free computer use. Double room looking out over the sea was spotless and huge. Balcony was large enough to have a table and chairs as well as room to lay out World cafe - Food varied and always fresh. Loads of different foods catered for. Asian night was fab. There is also a separate kids buffet, or English tourist buffet!!!, comprising of chicken nuggets. Yiayia - Amazing food just wished there had been more to chose from Barefoot grill - Pizzas were really good as were the French toast. Nice location looking out over sea and pool Pools - At the front of the hotel is a large pool with waterfall and fountains. Has a sun deck and an Italian there Infinity pool near beach and looking out over sea Preferred pool consisted of two long pools but not very spectacular If you are looking for somewhere to relax in luxury and not really leave hotel then this is for you Only cons I could see - Would not recommend to wheel chair users or mobility issues as situated on a slope Preferred lounge didn’t have much of a good selection and no mint tea bags

This hotel was a real let down, we had researched lots of hotels in Corfu and saw lots of positive reviews for this one. It was poor from the beginning. We arrived and were greeted with cold flannels and asked if we would like to check in, have a welcome drink or have lunch. We opted for lunch as we had been travelling with our young daughter and she was getting hungry. We were provided direction to the buffet to find out it wasn't actually open so we went back to the staff member who appeared to not know the opening times of the buffet, shrugging at us and then asking if we wanted a drink instead. She took us for our welcome drink and took our passports over for check in whilst we had our welcome drink. We waited for around 10 minutes to have someone provide us with a drink. We were expecting someone would let us know we'd been checked-in and have passports returned etc. but were left with our drinks and then had to follow up after no-one returning. This theme continued throughout our stay, long waiting times for any service and poorly trained or just disinterested staff. We went to the infinity pool, being some of the first there, we were asked by a waiter for our drinks order then waited over an hour for the drinks to arrive (2x coffees), it was then a 45 minute wait for water, if you approach the bar you may get served or you may get turned away. There was a very rude member of staff at the infinity pool bar also, commenting on our "poor choice" of drinks, swearing when dropping off drinks, no one came to collect glasses so my wife stacked up our cups to take to the bar when we're left only to be complained at for stacking the cups by the staff member saying to her "why are you stacking these so high, you should be stacking your cash instead". After receiving no pool service for a long time my wife approached the bar and was told "let me take your order so you don't cramp up my bar". This service extended to the restaurants by the infinity pool also. We went to one of the restaurants at lunchtime and waited 25 minutes without being served, not even asked for a drink, we watched people being given the wrong food, asked their orders without being given menus and we ended up walking out. We tried another restaurant at lunchtime the following day, only 5 other families and a couple there, same story. Got given a drink then just left for over 20 minutes, staff around clearing tables etc. but just avoiding eye contact. We again ended up leaving and giving up with lunch in the restaurants entirely at this point. Evening drinks are hit and miss, you may get served quickly or be waiting excessively long wait times, again getting turned away from the bar if you approach. The resort itself doesn't feel 5*, cracked concrete everywhere, broken and unsafe tiling, sunbeds on grass which becomes boggy and muddy, maintenance work taking place during breakfast rather than waiting once breakfast time is over, old food and cups left around the site

This place is paradise. The food and drinks are top quality and there is plenty of choice always. The location couldn't be better being just on the water and very quiet. You can get loungers anywhere really as its never busy or crowded. Staff come around asking if you want any drinks etc. We hired a car and got out and about to see real Greece and it is worth it. Just go steady on narrow village roads and it is fine. The real plus here are the staff. The place is very clean and rooms are spotless. Monika the waitress in the lobby bar from Sweden knows her stuff and is great to chat with. She is a credit as are the staff in the Greek restaurant and elsewhere as they work so hard. Ignore the whiners, some people are never happy.

I have just returned from a stay at dreams Corfu with my partner and 6 month old baby. Overall we had a lovely time and would stay again however there are few things that I feel could be improved. The reception area is lovely and our room was really comfortable, clean and nice. The buffet area was also really inviting and clean however I felt it lacked a variety of food at dinner time. We really struggled with the food in the evening and felt the selection was very limited. Some nights we didn’t know what to eat as there was that much of a lack of choice. There are only 2 restaurants open in the evening (Greek and seafood) which are really hard to get availability. The Italian is only open at lunch time but I feel like it would be a good addition to have this open in the evening as an extra option. We sat by the infinity pool the whole stay which was lovely. A special shout out to George the waiter at the infinity pool who was so attentive and so excellent our whole stay. All the staff in the resort are so lovely and so kid friendly. There is another pool where the Italian is at the front of the resort and when we went there it felt like a totally different hotel. The pool itself is really nice however the area around It seemed run down which was a shame. The sunbeds were on muddy gravel and grass which wasn’t very inviting. I felt like it wasn’t as up to date as the rest of the hotel. It just didn’t feel very 5 star. I stayed at dreams In Mexico which enticed me to stay here but I felt like the Mexican resort had a lot more choice / restaurants. Overall we had a lovely stay and would recommend.

Big hotel in a quiet location. Walking distance to small shops or vehicle hire. Access to 2 big pools. Access to quiet sandy private beach. Staff were very friendly. Gym is adequate for a few days training. Drinks were superb. Room was lovely and very good size. Cleaned to highest standard everyday with mini fridge being restocked everyday.

Large complex, with good sized bedrooms. Food was good and plentiful. Service was excellent with friendly staff that tried to make you feel welcome. Pools water seemed very cold to us, however it seemed to suit some. Entertainment was a bit hit and miss, normal for holidaying abroad. Marked down due to outside entertainment as the area was on sand/grit and was far from appealing after tidying your selves up for evening meal, only went once and walked straight back out.

Amazing resort. Some of the friendliest staff we have ever encountered.Nice, clean rooms. Buffet and restaurants very good. Top shelf drinks. Plenty of sunloungers. Some excellent nightly entertainment. Very close to the nearest village - where there are numerous bars and restaurants if you wish to venture out.

The resort is lovely with a good feel and wonderful views. The staff were all frendly and wonderful and made the holiday there even more special. Wonderful Holiday
