T & J 모텔(T & J Motel)

Simply perfect, as usual. No problems in any area. This is my go-to venue for what are usually short stay visits to the area & I have no intention of staying elsewhere unless by any chance no rooms are available - & so far his has never happened!

The property was clean, modern and basic. No frills. Not memorable, just ok. Ripped the skin on my heel, just prior to going to bed, on a screw which was proud and sticking up by about 5mm from a gripper rod threshold which joined the carpet from the hallway to the main space of the room. Which wasn't ideal being that I was staying there overnight, to ensure locality to run the Bedgebury half marathon the following morning. Breakfast left in room was better than nothing, though a bit frugal in my opinion. For £130 pounds for my wife , young daughter and myself, I genuinely do not feel We got much value.

I’ve stayed here a number of times & everything is always spot on - that’s why I keep coming back! Highly recommended.

I had very comfortable stay in the chalet. It was very clean and tidy with plenty of storage and space. Presentation was lovely and welcome pack for breakfast a great gesture. Power shower was fab! Only things missing from my stay was a mirror...struggled to dry my hair and a towel rail..no where to put wet towel. Otherwise a very pleasant stay which suited my needs

Our stay was just for 6 days (53 anniversary of our marriage) and we liked it very much. The motel were very satisfying, and we spend a lot of time to explore the towns and villages in the region (Sussex/Kent).

Friendly welcome. Just an overnight stay for us at a very warm time. We were provided with a desk fan to keep us cool.

Check in was easy and staff very friendly. The room was well furnished and we appreciated the continental breakfast.

Check in was good. Got to our room (which was clean), smelt damp, but we thought we'd live with that for the one night we were staying and opened the windows (didnt help though)! Tried to sleep that night but all four pillows were too thick and hard, too uncomfortable, even for my boyfriend who can usually sleep on any pillow. ( they're definitely not for front or side sleepers)! The worst to come was from the noise above us. There can't be any soundproofing as we could hear their voices, walking around, TV ( they were watching James Bond! ) and the noise from getting on and off their beds. There was no way we was going to sleep that night so we decided we'd be better off spending that time driving home rather than laying awake getting angry so we packed up our things and left at 11:30 pm. We couldnt say anything to the upstairs guests as they weren't being deliberately noisy, its just that there is no soundproofing. It was like having someone upstairs in your own house. We couldnt report it as reception was shut plus they had no vacancies so where could they have put us? Also, the wet room bathroom we didnt like because after a shower all of the bathroom floor is wet and difficult to dry! All in all, a horrible night and a waste of money.

Easy check in bit more room than a hotel nice to have sitting and kitchen area breakfast milk juice cereal very welcome spotlessly clean very good shower I would recommend a stay here However 1 thing to mention the hot water is blisteringly hot take care with children
