나는이 호텔에서 정말 나쁜 경험을했습니다. 모든 프론트 데스크 직원은 정말 무례하고 쓸모가 없습니다. 우리는 건물 교차로에서 첫날 밤을 보내야 했고 끔찍했습니다. 물과 인터넷이 없습니다. 다음날 아침 우리는 본관으로 이사했습니다. 전반적인 경험은 전혀 좋지 않았습니다.

호텔 부르사 사진과 리뷰를 기반으로 예상했던 것과는 다릅니다. 매우 작은 방, 침대는 확실히 킹 사이즈가 아닙니다. 정말 정말 작은 침대입니다. 퀸도 아니라고 할 수 있습니다.. 샤워실에서 이상한 냄새가 났습니다.. 별로 깨끗하지 않았습니다. 침대 커버에 얼룩이 있었습니다. 수건이 약간 찢어졌습니다. 소음/다른 게스트와 대화하는 소리가 들릴 수도 있습니다. 좋은 점: 다른 사람의 집을 들여다 보았지만 매우 큰 발코니. 도보 거리에 레스토랑과 슈퍼마켓. 1박은 oke 호텔입니다. 확실히 제 생각에는 4성급 호텔이 아닙니다(그러나 4성급은 터키에서 뭔가 다른 것을 의미합니까??) 전반적으로 호텔에 업데이트가 필요한 것 같습니다.. 장기 숙박에 대한 권장사항 없음

경험은 훌륭했고 아침 식사는 환상적이고 맛있었습니다. 나는 다시 여기에 머물 것이다.

2024 Ramazan Bayramı'nda ailecek 2 gece konakladık.Otel personeli son derece güler yüzlü, yardımsever ve nazik.Otel,karşılıklı 2 binadan oluşuyor; yeni olan binada sadece odalar varken eski olanda spa-havuz-yemek vs ve tabii ki odalar mevcut.Biz eski olan binada kaldık.Kahvaltı açık büfe şeklinde,zengin çeşitli,taze ve lezzetliydi.Konum olarak da merkezi bir yerde olan otelde,odaların temizliği 5 üzerinden 4 puan alır.Asansörde kısa süreli bir arıza durumu da yaşandı,ama birkaç saat içinde düzeltildi.Havuz, 1.30cm derinliğinde kapalı, küçük ve yetersiz bir havuzdu,ayrıca ıslak alanda sauna-hamam-havuz karma kullanılan alanlar... hassasiyeti olan aileler sıkıntı yaşayabilirler.Biz genel olarak hizmetten memnun kaldık.

Rooms were clean, however spa area was not. It smelled bad and was dank. Did not use gym or spa facilities because of this. Breakfast was good though.

The property itself is excellent. The staff are very nice and helpful. The location is very far from Bursa’s attractions even if you have car you will feel it. The spa service is on reservation which doesn’t make sense. The massager guy is only available for limited time which doesn’t match with their time table.

We stayed over for one night only and arrived rather late. Staff at reception were very friendly even though they spoke and understood very little English. We were handed our room keys very quickly and because we had booked dinner, was almost served immediately. Dinner was good. Our room was good and very neat. We took a walk after dinner as the hotel is surrounded by cafes, restaurants and lots of places for one to explore and enjoy. Breakfast was minimal variety but good. I would definitely stay over again in future

Pleasant hotel. Very nice room with comfortable beds. It was just a little noisey in the early morning with people talking in the street. Staff were friendly but do not understand and speak much English. Dinner was a set menu. The food was tasty but was only luke warm. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Nice for just an overnight stay.

This hotel was a good choice. The hotel is clean, room not small with a big bathroom and shower. They have a spa and the restaurant, but outside there are plenty of restaurants to chouse, where you can go also by walking . Breakfast and dinner were great. The waiters and people on reception are very kind.

very cozy clean rooms. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was very good. Very near to Uldagh University, market, and restaurants.
