房間格局很好

This was one of the most pleasant stays at a hotel I've ever had and it was all because of the staff. Especially Kia at the front desk! She was so welcoming, kind and pleasant, I think I would have considered staying even if I discovered a family of rats in my room (which I didn't, it was nice and clean). Breakfast was great and not just the bare minimum to qualify as "hot breakfast". The staff during breakfast was on point too. These people care about this hotel and it's guests. We will be back again next year for the same event and will definitely come back here again.

The only thing we would change was the mattress in the handicapped room we stayed in, as it appeared to be well worn and possibly ready for exchange. Everything else was great.

It was false advertisement. The property definitely needs renovations. We were itching the entire night which made us not stay the two days but only one. The beds are full size not queen and the space is so small.

One staff member would not offer solutions on how to get the virtual card that Travelocity provided to work properly to pay our bill. He only offered excuses. Also a fire alarm went off at 1am and the front desk had no idea what caused it. It took over 10 minutes to stop and then you could still hear it on other floors. Not a favorite place to stay!

Friendly and quick reception. We liked the room. We liked the cleanliness and appearance of the lobby. We liked the location (relatively close to the Grand Old Opry.

I needed a early check in who got off before 630 on 4 Jan and the lady that was working around 10 Jan at 1000 both was fantastic and accommodated my stay so well.

Breakfast was excellent along with the staff. Building was dated and worn. The bathroom in in our room was so small you had to step in the shower to open and close the door.

We chose this property because of the close proximity to the grand old Opry. The workers were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent. The rooms were nice, but we saw ants in our room. The bathroom with the toilet and the shower was very small and when I took a shower, it leaked between the shower curtain onto the floor and got all my clothes wet. For the price it was mostly good.
