SH Dolce Vita- All Inclusive - Free Aquapark & Beach

Hotel is nice. Strange, it has rug in the hallway, but floor tiles in room. Good food. Their's private beach is far away, about 15 minutes walking. The beach is awful and has no bars, or any way to buy drinks or food. Sunbeds and umbrellas awful. Not again on their's Beach.

This is a terrible terrible hotel. The worst vacation experience ever. When we arrived at the destination the guard was very aggressive and yelled at us not to park on the street. We explained we just wanted to leave the luggage but he didn't let us and forced us to park in the space that was also theirs(we had to pay extra 80 eur/7nights).We went to check in and the receptionist was bored and treated us like dirt. She took our id's and passports and was going to return them later. What?!? I never leave my doc to the reception. She gave us our room cards but no bracelets. She took the parking money but she didn't say anything about half of the amount we were left to pay for the apar**ent. (we had one of the most expensive apar**ents).She also forgot to give us the beach card. The hotel lacks hygiene in general (but the room was clean), it's also very dark everywhere, the music is horrible and generally the a**osphere was down.They have a salon for massage and they advertise it everywhere with flyers and many incense sticks that burn in the lobby, at the reception, on the coridorrs. It has a heavy smell and you feel like there is no air. It feels like a mortuary.Beware people with asthma. The staff 's attitude was awful and rude. Everyone looked tired, frustrated, annoyed and angry. The beach towels were dirty. Next to the pool zone is dirty. The food is HORRIBLE.They have a variety of meat but all of it is made like a stew with a lot of oil. EVERYDAY is the SAME FOOD. eg. turkey stew(the meat smelled bad), veal stew(was good), pork stew(dry), roasted duck(mini pieces, didn't taste like duck), grilled frozen fish, frozen bag fries, macaroni(just boiled or in oil), spaghetti(the same) and rice. Sweets are also few and terrible. We didn't have room at the tables, we had to wait for others to finish. They also made pizza which was the only thing I ate for 4 days cause'it was good. One day they made meatballs but they were RAW.The snack bar served the leftovers from the other days. (also oily stuff and wurst) and they don't have coffee only cheap fake soda. The beach is far and there are a lot of broken sunbeds and umbrellas. It is also dirty. There is no bar on the beach. During the forth day of our stay the manager, miss Radostina annuled the room cards and locked us out. We came from the pool with our kids and we stayed in front of the room, wet, for 40 min. She said that they forgot to charge us the other half of the amount and we cannot enter the room(where I had my credit card 🙄). She also insisted many times to leave the hotel if we are not happy with the 4 stars services that were more like 3stars or less. Like that would have been so easy to do considering we traveled quite the distance. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL! You will be miserable and sorry for choosing it.

The hotel exceeded my expectations. The territory and rooms are very clean, the room was very modern, stylish and spacious. Food was just excellent, so much of the variety and the taste was great. My children (13 and 5) also were happy about so much of delicious food every day. I was also pleasantly surprised about the quality of cocktails. What I really liked very much is that there were no quews anywhere, no stupid reservations of sunbeds at the pool area and that we could participate in evening shows comfortably (it was always easy to find a seat inside or outside, wherever you wish). By the way, the shows were really nice, and my 5 years old daughter just loved mini disco every night. Thanks to the restless animation team! The small waterpark for children is very nice, but I think it should be opened for longer time and the water should be warmer. In this pool for some reason the water was freezing cold! So, we mostly spent time in other pools which were really nice. Lastly, about the beach. The beach is really clean and very nice, the only thing that was a bit annoying is that there was no toilet in beach area. There was a portable public toilet nearby, but it was so dirty my small daughter was afraid to go there. Overall, we were very happy to have chosen Dolce Vita for our vacation and I really recommend this hotel.

The food was awful, low quality, the cheapest products for the Bulgarian market! We couldn't eat anything of this food! The vegetables for the salad were cheapest, the steaks were not well done and were not delicious at all, the pasta was not good also but was the only thing I could consummate! Margarine, the cheapest meat products and the way of preparation of the food were under the lowest level of quality! Very low hygiene in the restaurant -I mean dirty glasses and plates at the end of the season, when the hotel was 50 % occupaied! Low quality of the drinks also! We all had health problems because of the poor quality of the food! I was ill on the second day of my stay and I had trouble with my stomach to the end of my vacation! We don't speak at all about the covid 19 measures- with this hygiene! The roommate of our floor was a very kind woman, but very tired, I suppose, because of the lack of personal or the low hotel management. Our sheets wasn't change for the entire stay of 6 nights. The spa center was very small, one sauna, one djacousi with additional taxes for them. This is 4 stars hotel!!! The parking of the hotel was with additional taxes of 6 Euros per day in September! And be careful- we talk about unguarded parking, where in August there are not enough free parking places for the hotel capacity! The best thing in this hotel were the animators! They were so cute and really could raise our bad mood! I am sorry that you guys work at this place!

It's to much 1star. I was there with my kids and my family. Food it's very poor,terrible and so so much salt. Clean it's ok,not excelent. To go at beach,you must go intro Rivera Beach,and there u have only 10 chairs. Drinks badly. Animation very ok. I not recommand this hotel.

The hotel is nice, the food is also good, the place near the beach but uou have to walk there. Room service is terrible, our room in a week was cleaned once, and cleaned on that way that ir was still sandy everywhere, nobody replaced our cups for tea and etc. Bedsheets were dirty as well as towels. We had to leave at 7 before breakfast. They made early breakfast, we couldnt choose. We didnt eat it. It was just bread (wirhout butter or anything) and peace of cheese. After leaving nobkdy asked how was the hotel for us. So they are not even gathering the information from clients.

At the reception they tried to steal my money, I paid 2 rooms and it gave me the wrong rest, the food is pretty terrible, it doesn't have a private beach or a bar on the beach, the beach is extraordinarily far away. When we left, they tried to take my money because I left the car for 2 extra hours in the unarranged parking lot.

This was a nice family holiday generally. *GOOD. Once you check-in at the reception please wait/expect your all-inclusive bracelet-band. *BAD. We haven't been given the bands until Cristo (the main bartender) noticed it and asked me where is my wrist-band. I said i didn't know supposed to have one. So he kindly took me to reception and explained the situation and finally we got the wrist-bands. Thanks Cristo. I think it was only a mistake as the staff is very nice usually and respectfull. *GOOD. The hotel is very clean and very well looked after. Every day there is cleaning going on. The maids are comming and doing proper cleaning in the rooms, collecting all empy glasses, plates, hoovering, moping... so on (Don't forget to tip.. every now and then). The rooms look very good aswell (see actual pics), everything in the room was nice and well kept. The beds were super confy. In the room you've got a big wardrobe, table with chair, tv, fridge, coffee, tea, kettle... and most importantly air conditioning. In the fridge there are always juices, beer and water. Every room has a nice little balcony with table and 2 chairs where you can spend the late evenings. *BAD. In the rooms there is not enough light same in the bathroom. Looking in the mirror you cand really see details. The toilet is fixed to hight, the feet not really touching the ground. The juice and beer from the fridge are very low quality. Almost undrinkable. The beer is a 4% but not good quality neither. The bottled water has some taste same like tap water. Even if you choose sea-view room you won't see the sea unless you are floor 6... 7... 8... There is a park between the hotel and the sea and the trees are big. *GOOD. There are 3 lifts working non-stop. Sometimes you have to wait a little. *GOOD. The hotel has a few restaurants and bars which are keept clean as well as the plates, forks... so on. In the main restaurant you will have the breakfast, lunch, dinner. You have some variety of food, fruits, sweets, coffee, beer,wine, water... so on. The staff is constantly clearing the tables and cleaning them, putting the chairs back... so on. They are really working hard (Don't forget to tip every now and then). Downstairs in the lobby next to reception there is the main bar. The bartenders are constantly coming an collecting empy glasses. They are really nice and well organised. After a few times they will remember you and will straight give you the drink with a smile. (Don't forget to tip every now and then). You can seat indoor or outdoor. There are always available tables. *BAD. The food is not great. It is only good i would say. I was reading many reviews and most of them mentioned the quality of the food which I have to agree with as well. For a 4 star hotel could be better. Also there is the same food every day for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Very rarely they are changing something. But as I said you will always find something to eat even thou is not great. The bar looks very nice.
