Had an issue with the bed as it was in quite poor condition. The bed was advertised as a king and was 2xsingle beds adjoined and both beds were sinking in quite badly. Requested for the bed to be changed over after a sleepless night and the new beds were the same quality - ended up having terrible sleep both nights - the new beds may have been even worse than the initial one. Th hotel itself was good, great having the Day Sanctuary within Mercure and close to Ballarat main area.

Great place. Would definitely recommend it to anyone going to Ballarat.

Quiet place but just not the room we paid for. Reception a bit slow. But overall its good place to stay with.

Good night spent, would book again.

There are limited access round the hotel area, only 1 or 2 restaurants & the Sovereign Hill

Good to have car parking next to hotel room. Quiet and peace hotel environment. Food is good.
