머큐어 발라랫 호텔 & 컨벤션 센터 후기

정말 편안했어요. 다만 방에 들어갔을 때 곰팡이 냄새가 나서 환기가 좀 필요해 보였어요. 신선한 공기만 있으면 될 것 같지만, 전반적으로 좋은 숙박이었고 편안한 침대에서 푹 잤어요.

호텔이 소버린 힐 바로 근처에 있어서 이동이 매우 편리했습니다 (특히 야간 쇼 관람 시). 직원분들도 매우 친절했고, 객실도 깨끗하고 좋았습니다. 체크인 절차도 빠르고 간편했습니다!

The room was spaciousamd clran. The loaction is great and close to the Ballarat Aquatic centre. Free parking available. Note that we had a step shower over a bathtub. The taps were out dated and the bathroom could be renovated though ot was clean. The bed was very comfortable and the curtains blocked out the morning sun if you needed a sleep in. Overall ,a very comfortable stay.

The bed and the chairs in the room were extremely comfortable, and I appreciated the desk as I needed to complete some work while I was visiting. The absence of a microwave oven and the shower over a bath were the two concerns I had with the room. Staff were excellent - my mother, who is elderly, needed help with the T.V. in the next room and the staff arrived quickly to assist and treated her kindly.

Had an issue with the bed as it was in quite poor condition. The bed was advertised as a king and was 2xsingle beds adjoined and both beds were sinking in quite badly. Requested for the bed to be changed over after a sleepless night and the new beds were the same quality - ended up having terrible sleep both nights - the new beds may have been even worse than the initial one. Th hotel itself was good, great having the Day Sanctuary within Mercure and close to Ballarat main area.

Great place. Would definitely recommend it to anyone going to Ballarat.

Quiet place but just not the room we paid for. Reception a bit slow. But overall its good place to stay with.
