the light on the ceiling was old and dim, the air conditioner didn't have the heat function, the quilt was just a piece of sheet, the front desk wasn't professional and they were cold face. Even the WiFi in the hotel wasn't for free unless you have the membership, it seems like the hotel was trying to make things difficult to customers. The hotel didn't create a sense that customers were welcomed.
