머메이드 비치 파크 뷰(Mermaid Beach Park View)

Really enjoyed our week long stay in unit #16. Staff was friendly and welcoming and stored our bags for us when we arrived early. Unit was clean and very well equipped. Backs into park and is next store to an amazing Bakery cafe called Bam Bam that you must visit. 2 blocks from the beautiful beach and a 10 minute walk to Pacific Fair mall. 5kms from Surfers paradise. Would definitely recommend this place and would happily stay here again.

Everything was an additional cost including toilet paper, teabags, instant coffee and the dishwashing powder needed to wash the dishes to avoid a $55 cleaning fee.

We enjoyed our stay here it was cosy. There was construction next door but that did not affect our stay at all. Could barely notice it. Place was very comfortable and tidy. Bam Bam cafe next door was a bonus and a short stroll to the beach. The only thing I could fault was shower water was temperamental between hot and cold.

The bed was very uncomfortable, apart from that all good. Great location close to beach and shops. Would come again. Love the Gold Coast the weather is always great. Staff were very friendly. Unit size was OK.

Liked the location, property is an older style, however is in great condition, well maintained. Apartment was very comfortable, parking access was easy. I would stay again.

Property was very close to the beach and cafes. Surf club at the end of the street. There is construction next door but that didn't bother us as we were out most of the time. Very quiet area. Park right next door. Will stay here again.

Unfortunately there was a construction site next door. No milk was available in the fridge for the coffee and tea sachets. When we made the phone call to reception to ask, we were informed there would be no milk to the Monday. There was a charge of $2.00 for extra toilet paper if we needed it.

The unit needed to be updated and was small. There was noisy construction right next door. Also no face cloths provided? Dryer did not work properly as well. The spa was cold??? Sadly we will not be returning.

I was coming from the USA so I needed to email the resort beforehand to clarify a couple things. They responded quickly and with lots of detail. The resort appears how it did in the pictures when we booked it. Good location, not downtown but a quick drive or walk to stores or busier areas. AC works great, no issues with our stay. Underground parking is very convenient and safe. Lots of rules for the stay but not unreasonable. WI-FI works great! Good heat and water pressure in the shower with removable showerhead.
