The balcony area creates an open concept en-suite. The main floor has a full kitchen, living and dining area. The full kitchen is equipped with everything needed to make a quick meal. There is a sitting area and a half bath. The living room has a smart TV and sleeper sofa. The sitting area that sits behind the glass doors also has a sleeper sofa and a smart TV. This area is equipped with a dining table. Up the spiral staircase is a designated bedroom en-suite. There is a smart TV on the wall opposite of the King Bed. This is where the only shower is featured. There is a room divider to provide privacy. ONE Private parking spot available in the shared lot.
