Our server Dillan made sure we had everything we needed, and answered our questions regarding the menu with knowledge and friendliness. From the minute we walked into the restaurant he ensured we were getting the best service, our food was fresh, and we didn’t wait for anything. We noticed he looked after other clientele with the same amount of great attitude as well. Altogether the best service we’ve had in Kerry, kudos Dillan!

Lovely hotel. A little quiet in March. Good value. The hotel was spotless and not too costly. Breakfast was brilliant with excellent choices.. Lovely location. Only disappoin**ent was the lift was out of order during our stay. Would deffo return

We had Easter Sunday lunch here and what a wonderful meal experience it was. The blend of foods were so complementary of each other. My kids completely enjoyed looking around for the hidden chocolate eggs around the lounge and lobby area. It truly was an Easter Hunt with special touch. Well done the food, service and wine were excellent.

From the time we walked through the doors everything was delightful. At reception we were met by the most friendliest lady called Mags. We had a beautiful dinner again amazing friendly staff and then we had drinks served by Adrian again so friendly and knowledgeable and gave us lots of tips on what to do during our visit. Incredible stay. Irish hospitality at its best. Staff are amazing, beautiful setting, great food, wonderfully unique spa experience overlooking the bay. We’ll be back.

Recently attended a wedding in Eccles. Stayed two nights. From start to finish, could not fault staff, food or overall impression of a lovely old, charming hotel. Highly recommend & new wedding planner, Mags, was super & very professional despite Storm Kathleen.

This hotel is spectacular. The views of the ocean are beautiful. There is a very nice bar in the hotel with very friendly, warm and welcoming staff. Maggs was a delight! Very charming and made us feel right at home. The bartender was fun and engaging. The rooms are quiet, comfortable, cozy and warm. The rooms are also spotlessly clean! Walk right across the street to take a trip out to Garinish Island in Bantry Bay to see abundant seals and beautiful grounds.

Lovely place for a quick coffee, lunch, dinner or all of the above. Especially in the sunshine its so nice to sit out in the terrace with a cup of coffee. Staff is really friendly. Special shout out to V for making me a stunning coffee today and she even got me a cookie

Amazing all round! Fabulous hotel, room, food, spa and views! Went here with my girlfriend for two days and we loved the location! Food was top notch and the cocktails were great. Make sure to try the whisky sour! We loved the spa for 15 euro each you get 25 mins of sauna , hot tub and cold plunge outside with a lovely view and a glass of Prosecco . Would recommend for peaceful weekend at great value . Thanks again
