직원들은 매우 따뜻하고 환영합니다. 장소는 잘 관리되어 있습니다. 내가 이 숙소에서 놓친 유일한 장소는 옥상 식당과 그들의 귀여운 레스토랑이었습니다. 너무 피곤하고 일찍 잤기 때문에 만들 수 없었습니다. M 확실히 그들도 훌륭해야 합니다.

I guess ”Poor” is the wrong word for Parklane Resort and its staff specially Mr. Vikarnt Verma and the front office staff ****** Singh. The best word to define them was Greedy and Notorious. Now I will explain why I am saying so, I have a booking in this resort for 2 nights that is 18th and 19th Feb 2020 under booking reference ID ********* via Agoda. As we were traveling to Dhanbad from Lucknow due to traffic congestion we reached late around 8:00 PM in the night and these guys canceled our booking and said they have not received any booking via Agoda. The best part Mr. ****** and ****** is trying to explain technical jargon. Dude, I manage a site with a billion transactions in 24 hours and I know what Agoda is. So after a long tussle, they just asked us to leave their resort by saying that they have arranged our rooms in Kings Resort which is just a dumping ground for us. I have not expected such a low mentality from these folks as we were a group of 10 people with kids & oldie people and we have booked an executive room so you can understand what kind of service we were expecting. This brings me conclusion either that Mr. Vikrant Singh is stupid and is not fit tourism industry or he is incapable of handling the situations like this. I would not say any good word for Mr. Vikrant and Pinky for selling our booked room to someone else who has booked the marriage hall in their resort. They have just unethical business practices with poor executioners like Mr. Vikrant and Pinky.

As i was late in check in, i called them to inform the same. Checked in late and face some unexpected situation like bathroom fittings not working at all, ask for driver to operate the same, though they ask for a room change but late check in and again room shifting not possible. Ac not working, tv set top bx not re changed, qr for menu for dinner not found, inter communication tele connect not have any dail tone. When i informed them earlier, then everything should be expected in place. But not happened so.

3. 전기 AC가 제대로 작동하지 않는 큰 문제가 있습니다. AC 리모컨이없고 간헐천도 제대로 작동하지 않으며 방과 침대가 매일 청소되지 않습니다. 방에 물이없고 안경이없고 음식은 평균이며 화장실에 화장실 키트가 없으며 방에 인터콤도 없습니다. 디럭스 룸 서비스가되어서는 안됩니다.

리리뷰어I prefer mosquito net, at least a mosquito repellant was needed. Through the basin tap control valve at the bottom, drip by drip water is getting wasted. The currys and dal at lunch contained significant amount of dry chilly which i did not like. The tadka served at dinner was not up to the mark.

리리뷰어Rooms are not well painted. Did not get warm water for bath until 7. 30 am, tough we checked in at 5. 30pm in previous evening. No breakfast is served before 8. 00am. Did not get the tea also. Blankets needs to be more clean. No bucket in the bathroom. However location is good, dinner was good. Ample parking space for car. Lift is working well, but not properly clean. Reception desk has no proper information about my arrival. I think this much is sufficient for the time being
