La Rotisserie du Chambertin

Small…cozy rooms but well appointed and very comfortable. Very nice linens! Only spent one night but would certainly recommend it for those traveling in the Burgundy region. Great little bar which also serves as the “breakfast” room! All in all…a very nice experience

Beautiful location, in the middle of the village. It was cool to be there as the harvest was going on all around us, with trucks of grapes in the street and lots of activity. Our room was ‘Les Corbeaux’ very comfortable bed, efficient AC and a very good bathroom. An excellent welcome. And the table d’hote menu was wonderful, lots of variety but light and imaginative. Proper high end cooking. Finally, the sommelier was superb. Informative, a little bit provocative, extreme detailed local knowledge and we were well served. Highly recommend this place!

We booked a room in the Rotisserie du Chambertin during a long birthday/retirement celebration weekend... we later upgraded the room to accommodate our daughter who finally joined us on the trip. It was a most pleasant stay. The room was fairly large and nicely furnished, the bathroom very nice. Sleep quality was very good. Hotel management was efficient and helpful.... more about the restaurant in a separate review. Upon returning home, my wife remarked she'd happily return for another stay. I agree.

The Hotel was in a great location to explore surrounding areas. The staff were helpful when we made the booking in suggesting wine experiences in the area. The restaurant is excellent, we were treated very well by the Hotel team all we came across were helpful and friendly, it was an absolute pleasure to stay there.

Cannot say enough nice things about this hotel and their staff. We were at the hotel for three nights and had a great experience. A brief issue with the air conditioning but the staff fixed as soon as they were able and helped to accommodate our needs. I would highly recommended a stay here and eating at both of their beautiful restaurants.

We had a great check in but then a small room with tiny bed with hard mattress . We expected so much of dinner but thought it was very average . Service was good except at breakfast , very poor coffees . Small croissant ,not freshly baked . 😰

During summertime, sleeping is uncomfortable due to the lack of airco in the hotelrooms. A big shortcoming for a 4 star hotel! The staff told us it is for environmental reasons that the hotel owner doesn't want to install aan airco. We pity his decision for this makes the stay in the hotel not recommendable.

A revitalising stay - home from home, stylish yet traditional, couldn’t want more in terms of interiors, food, drink, a**osphere! Can’t recommend highly enough, also found it very good value for money

incredible stay for my boyfriend 30th birthday. Love the Burgundy vineyards around. We also ate at the Bistro Lucien and absolutely loved it both, great food and exceptional wine selection. WE recommend 100% !
