저먼타운 호텔

Great stay her I had a very nice time with my friends and family. The rooms were very spacious and quite no noise and they were all friendly the guest. Nice pillows and nice area. Top golf if around as well

I had made a mistake on my booking, and they were very accommodating to help.

We stayed overnight and enjoyed this very recently renovated hotel. It's bright, spacious, and welcoming. The modern decor is a bit minimalist but the bed, room appointments, and bath were all first-rate. And the price is reasonable. One minus: the bathroom has a motion-activated light; if you get up during the night to use the bathroom, the light comes on with blinding blindness that is disorienting and can make it difficult to get back to sleep.

고속도로 옆에 위치하여 방이 아주좋고 조식도 꽤 만족스럽습니다 주차도 무료이고 위치도 많이 좋습니다. 나이아가라 폭포에서 워싱턴까지의 자가 운전 투어에 적합합니다. 그랜드폴스는 차로 약 7시간, 호텔에서 워싱턴 피크타임까지는 약 1시간 정도 소요됩니다.

2Q 1-bedroom 스위트에서 배우자와 두 명의 아이들과 함께 NYE에서 어느 날 밤 여기에 머물 렀습니다. 늦게 도착했고 반 일찍 떠났으므로 짧은 경험을했지만 말할 수있는 물건 : -객실은 전형적인 Homewood 2-room 설정이었습니다. --방에는 모든 올바른 물건이 있었지만 조금 피곤했습니다. 작은 움푹 들어간 곳/긁힌 자국/옷과 눈물이 많이 있지만 의도대로 100% 작동하지는 않지만 큰 것은 아닙니다. 창문 HVAC 장치가 깔개에 약간 새었지만 조금 새었습니다. 정말 약간의 TLC가 필요합니다. --위치는 고속도로에서 편리했습니다. --아침 식사 공간은 공간이 넓고 제공은 약간 스파르타적이지만 요즘은 꽤 보편적입니다. --직원들은 보편적으로 친절하고 도움이 되었습니다. --객실 유형과 편의 시설에 비해 요금이 합리적이었습니다. 코로나 면: 여기에서 마스크가 필요하고 직원과 손님 모두 사람들이 그렇게 하는 것 같았습니다. 장소를 진지하게 보지 못했지만 추천하는 것이 안전하다고 느낍니다.

I am not sure where to start. My overall stay was ok, until I found out how they bill you when you stay for long term. Usually when you work you are paid every two weeks. When I made my reservation I was told ”Oh yes you can pay every week or at the end of the month” I said that will work for me, but that is not the case this hotel charges you for a week in advance. When I was billed I told the manager my payday is not until the end of the month and I just paid last week. I asked If I can pay weekly until I am paid he refused and said I will have to leave if I cannot pay the full balance of $627.00, really!!!!!!!!!!. This is how ”Extended Stay” treats their customers, my rate was around $70.00 a night plus the cost of my pet and tax. I was ok with that, my complatient is that they lie to you giving you false misleading information so you can hurry up and make a reservation. Do the math for a week my total was $627.00 of course I did not have the money so I had to call my dad to help me out. Extended Stay needs to revisit their ”policy” as the manager said over and over again it's our ”policy”. Will I come back for another stay..... maybe but I will NEVER stay long term because the way they lie to you is not good. The one thing that made it even worse when it is ”so called” time to pay for your ”week” they call your room phone and your personal cell phone, if you do not answer then they come and knock on your door and try to make entry to the room, unacceptable you should not treat your customers like you are a criminal because they are ”money hungry” I am looking into filing a complaint to Extended Stay company because each property is privately owned under the Extended Stay name. The front desk keep on reminding you oh please leave us a review...... Well here you go......
