한적한 위치에 있지만 교통은 좋은 편입니다 그랩도 잘 잡히고 주변에 식당도 많습니다 가성비에 비하면 훌륭합니다

a small hotel with good location near a food court and not far from Komtar where you can get buses and vans locally and other places in Malaysia. very basic room withoutB tv Trips.com asked us to pay RM 4 when check in but the guy in reception asked me to pay RM 20 which i already paid. After a long tiring journey, we were too tired to argue, end up paid RM 10 without receipt... no big deal but unpleasant experience, will not stay this place again

Good, nearby food restaurants. Can walking to old town.

The location was easy to find, check-in process was smooth, and everything was fine. The cleanliness of the room okay but we feel that the receptionist is not friendly (she talked to another receptionist boy with bad attitude), parking is not convenient as we need to give our car key to them as some of the car was double park and they needs our key to move our car if others need to go out. Asked if there is any other place to park without giving them our car key but the lady is rude and said giving the car key is the only way. We also requested the slipper as we saw other customer was provided during the check in process, however she still replied in rude manners saying she need to check first if got then only gv us, but we ady saw the slippers. Just to mention there is only 1 receptionist being rude, while others is quite friendly and nice. Overall, room was okay, location okay, price okay

Awesome stay

Room is comfortable even I choose a no window room. Easy to get food cater at surrounding area.

Love the staff services,the room is just basic but i love how i could look at the view . I would book a room with a window view to enjoy the ambience,scenery of penang. Love to stay here again!

ห้องไม่ใหญ่ ไม่มีหน้าต่าง แต่ก้อไม่ได้อึดอัดอะไร สะอาดดี แต่อาจจะไม่ค่อยเก็บเสียง โดยรวมก้อโอเคอยู่ แต่มีเรียกเก็บค่า Tax เราเพิ่มอีกคืนละ 2 RM ทั้งที่เราจ่ายผ่าน Trip.com แล้ว ให้ดูหลักฐานก้อไม่ยอม เราก้อเลยยอมจ่ายไป

お掃除もしっかりされているのですが、設備が古いです フロントの対応は笑顔で感じが良くて通るたびに挨拶にこにこしてくれます 二日目にシャワーのお湯が出なくなりました（めんどうなのでそのまま使ったけど） 前日に金額が同じくらいの近隣ホテルに泊まったのですが、そちらの方が泊まりやすい（施設の新しさとか）と思いました

superb. service tiptop 100/10. waktu hujan, dia tunggu kita dkt depan pintu kereta sambil payungkan kita. i likee 🫰🏻 receptionist ramah 👍🏻
