엔비 마노텔 후기

씨트립에서 2박 4105위안의 "슈페리어룸"을 예약했는데 예약할 때 씨트립에서 이 방에 발코니, 스트리트 뷰, 호수 전망이 있다고 적었습니다(자세한 내용은 스크린샷 참조). 그런데 실제로 호텔에 체크인을 해보니 발코니도 없고 스트리트 뷰나 레이크 뷰도 없는 작은 방이었는데 사람이 정말 많았습니다. 큰 창이 나 있는데 창밖에는 내관의 큰 지붕이 있어 조망이 전혀 없다. 프런트에 상황을 설명했더니 프런트에서 씨트립 에이전시 문제라고 했고 이 방은 발코니나 전망이 없었다. 그래서 187유로를 더 추가하고 발코니가 있는 방을 얻었습니다. 호텔 서비스가 아주 좋습니다. 방 바닥은 약간 구식이지만 괜찮습니다. 그러나 Ctrip이 "중국식 아침 식사", 거리 전망, 발코니, 호수 전망에 대해 쓴 내용은 존재하지 않습니다. 말 못하는! 진짜!

매우 깨끗하고 현대적이며 도움이 되는 물건, 모든 것이 훌륭하고 대부분의 레스토랑이 근처에 있습니다. 모두에게 적극 추천

The location is pretty convenient and accessible. It was 1 minute walk away from the tram station and 2 stops away from Cornavin Station. Staffs were friendly and approachable at all times. Even though, I didn’t mention that it will be my birthday, they prepared a small amenity for me on my second day stay. Truly appreciate it! Hotel and the room is clean. Very pleasing to the eyes. Room came with universal socket which came in handy since my luggage was delayed and I do not have travel adapter with me. All in all, I had a really pleasant stay. Thank you N’vy!

We arrived early at 9am and front desk staff is kind to allow check in upon checking there are rooms availabilty. The location of the hotel is good. Just 2 tram stop away from Cornavin Station. Walk 3 mins to Butini tram station, which can assess almost all the places of interests In Geneve. Rooms are clean and staffs are helpful and friendly. Highly recommened.

Good location. They didn’t accept coins when it tried to pay extra for the mini bar. Gym very small, with 3 people it was crowded

Cozy and convenient hotel at city centre. The service is good. Value for money!

服務人員都很熱情，熱情到幫我把亂扔的衣服疊好放進了箱子😂 房間也很乾凈，床單每天都幫着換掉。 早餐算是不錯了，雖然不換樣，吃了9天也沒有特別膩。 有的房型是有咖啡機沒有熱水壺，有的是有熱水壺沒咖啡機。 去市區去聯合國15路bus都能到，走到湖邊5分鐘，挺方便咯

Une belle chambre (upgrade) au huitième étage avec tout ce qu’il faut. Beau petit-déjeuner. Emplacement agréable car à peu de distance du lac mais moins favorable depuis la gare.
