Beau-Rivage Genève

Location is very good , But the room is to small , and facilities is very old , not value for the price , Room service is not good enough , the cleaner is not polite , Food is fine

確實是非常經典的酒店，但是服務態度不咋全面，我定的湖景陽台的房間，結果陽台很臟，不清潔沒法兒坐外面，然後房間裏晚上還漏光，走廊的光。我反映了這個問題，她們也完全沒反應。怎麼説呢，還是讓我有點失望的

酒店位置佳，離周邊景點很近，從酒店門口出來過馬路就能拍攝日內瓦標誌性景點-大噴泉。早餐點餐現做，感覺很好，也好吃。晚餐品種多樣，服務熱情。

房間乾淨整潔

Our stay at Beau-Rivage Geneva was unforgettable. The hotel exudes old-world charm, with beautifully preserved details and a sense of quiet luxury. We were warmly welcomed by Alexis, setting the tone for an exceptional experience. Le Chat Botté was exquisite—refined cuisine, an outstanding wine selection, and a thoughtful birthday surprise from the chef made the evening truly special. Service at Albertine’s was flawless—Lionel, Killian, David, and Marco ensured every moment felt effortless. We look forward to returning once the renovations are complete.

Such a beautiful, historic building and location. We were notified there was a bit of an issue with the plumbing in our room that was affecting the rooms beneath us. The staff brought it to our attention immediately and asked that we move to one of their penthouse suites… we did not have a problem with that. We dined in the hotel bar and had the most romantic little table in front of the window looking out over lake Geneva. We departed early from the hotel and without asking the hotel had packed us breakfast to go. The car service they arranged for us was on time and could accommodate our ski equipment. Be warned that cars in Geneva are expensive and the hotel was very upfront with us. The hotel is undergoing some renovations but we were in no way inconvenienced by this. The noise was minimal and only heard in the common area of the lobby. High Lu recommend this lovely establishment.
