리시 패밀리 호텔

We had an amazing family stay at the Lisi hotel and didn't want our vacation to end. We were 18 extended family members and stayed at 7 different rooms. Everything was wonderful and exceeded our expectations. The service was exceptional, the staff were kind and helped us with every request, including designating a room for us to celebrate my daughter's birthday together. The food was delicious, great verity with something for everyone. We received packed lunch bags every morning if we had planes to be outside the hotel during lunch time, including the morning we checked out and were heading to the airport. Also, the location is beautiful with lots of nature hicks and activities. There are also so many activities and things for the kids to do at the hotel itself. The rooms were spacious and the beds were extra comfy. It's a perfect hotel for everyone, especially young children. We would definitely like to return for another stay.

We have stayed at Lisi Family Hotel from 8th to 13th July 2024 with our two boys aged 13 and 10 and we have all enjoyed a lot our stay. Our rooms (one suite 122 and one double room 121 connected) were spacious and comfortable and had two good size terraces with nice views to the mountains and playground area. The hotel staff was very nice, specially all the staff at the restaurant, Joan from the kids activities team, Elena the massage therapist and the person in charge of the bar and reception. The service during breakfast and dinner was very good. The hotel facilities for kids are great, with many different activity options. The hotel atmosphere is very familiar and calm. The hotel is very close to many cable cars from which you can kick off many mountain hikes.

Amazing hotel, also just to drop in. Very family friendly! Rich in facilities, nice bar, restaurant, Pool, and playing areas. Situated in the beautiful valley of reith, quite and serene next to the amazing hotspot Kitzbühel. For every season in the year!

I booked two nights in Lisi and my two daughters (1 and 4) loved it. The older one said it's the best hotel she's ever been to :) The rooms are exceptionally clean and the offer for families is great. Kids have a huge playfield in a separate hall, a skating rink, a pool, and the hotel is packed with toys and fun stuff. The sauna is quite big, sparkling clean, and there is also a fitness. We have an electric car so a charger was a big plus and really made our trip a lot easier, not having to look for a charger (although there is a tesla supercharger in Kitz). Last but not least - the staff is super friendly. There are only two things that could be improved: the water in the pool is too cold, especially for kids and there are no healthy food options for the little ones at lunch and dinner (mostly fries, pasta and wienner schnitzel).

Wir waren im im Januar mit zwei kleinen Kindern (2&5) im Lisi ! Ich muss sagen ich war etwas skeptisch, da der Preis in der Saison nach dem Hahnenkamm sehr gut war. Ich bin aber komplett vom Gegenteil überzeugt worden! -Man kann Rausfallschutz, Windelmülleimer ect vor bestellen! -Mitarbeiter von der Rezeption bis zum Restaurant sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend! Im Restaurant waren die Teller grade leer und wurden sofort abgeräumt ! Alle sehr aufmerksam. -Getränkespender mit Wasser und Softdrinks 24h ! -eine Spielecke in der Lobby , ein Spielzimmer -Essen war sehr gut und es gab alles was man brauchte . Am Morgen und am Abend hat uns das Buffet am besten gefallen. Bei All in genug Auswahl an Getränken und Eis ect für Kinder ! -Extra Kinder Buffet auf Mini Höhe - Kinderprogramm sehr süß gemacht ! Großen Dank an TONi , du machst einen hervorragenden Job ! Selten gesehen sowas tollen , Mini Disco war das Highlight mit dir ! -Riesen Indoor Spielplatz , Kinder wollten gar nicht mehr weg . -Zimmer , einige etwas älter , einige renoviert - aber alle sehr groß und wir hatten eine junior Suite mit wunderschönen Blick zur Straße/Berge - gar nicht laut ! Danke Judith für die Besichtigung weiterer Zimmer , gerne sende ich euch weitere Gäste … -Ski Möglichkeiten alle in Umgebung, Reith Skischule arbeitet mit dem Hotel zusammen ! -Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus - Bei Abreise wurde uns noch Wasser und was kleines für die Kinder mitgegeben, seltene so etwas aufmerksames erlebt ! Absolute Empfehlung!!!! Mein Tipp als Reiseberaterin bei TUi ; stellt mehr Bilder auf Eure und unsere Seite ! ( mehr Zimmer Fotos , Fotos vom Spielzimmer , Pool) Das Hotel wird den wenigen Fotos gar nicht gerecht ! Danke für die tolle Zeit !

es war unser vierter Aufenthalt und wir werden wieder kommen. Für die gesamte Familie ist etwas dabei und wir sind vom Personal immer wieder begeistert. Sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Egal ob im Sommer oder Winter Lisi und die Umgebung bieten Alles was man braucht.
